Location

Booked a double room with extra bed for child. Upon arrival was told they only did double rooms and that the comments on the booking form are not passed on to them. Eventually managed to squeeze an extra bed into a double room having threatened to change hotels. Not great after a 12 hr drive.

Close to the railway station made getting there easy.

Close to the railway meant it was noisy. The rooms were very small. The decor and furnishings were tired looking. The desk was too cramped for working at.

Rooms are modern, there is a teapot in the room with free coffee and tea. Our room had a bath. First 3 star hotel with sauna and swimming pool, I ever stayed in. Receptionist Henri was very friendly and helpful.

Room is a bit too small, but it doesn't matter for 1-2 nights.

The spa was not operational when we visited. We were only given one sachet of full strength coffee. Gym had minimal equipment and was not very pleasant.

Room located in the fifth floor attic with no room to turn around. Had to duke it out with the pidgins for the bed!!!!

Centrally placed with secure underground car parking. Swimming pool in hotel. Close to railway station so would suit rail trveller.

Awkward access to car park on busy street. Room was well equipped but small. Only breakfast served.

The rooms although small were very clean and all the amenities were there as listed. The location was close to the railroad station as well as a short walk to the center of town.

We didn't know that there were two Kyriad hotels within a block of each other and we went to the other one first. The rooms are really small.

our friends were sent to a different area for breakfast (believe mistake and put with coach party) so did not eat with them and they said that the braekfast they had was very poor and they would not stay again as the staff at breakfast were not helpful and not interested the the view that was given abouit the problem.

I have chosen this hotel only for the price. At that moment, seemed to be a good choice. It was not.

Difficult to find, even with sat nav! Poor customer service at reception! Swimming pool was an excellent facility but extremely cold, changing area were very small, only space for 1 person at a time! Room facility looked tired & budget!

Kyriad Hotel Dijon Gare is a hotel just opposite the Dijon railway station. Our children selected this hotel because photographs show a big swimming pool and modern spacious rooms, it seemed to be a perfect hotel for staying one night travelling home.

The swimming pool and rooms were very small, the photographs were obviously shot with a wide-angle lens, furthermore when we arrived the swimming pool was closed and the following morning our children (13 and 14) were refused after 10 am, without a clear reason. “You - out,” the receptionist simply told them. What should be a hotels first concern (hospitality) seems to be lacking here. The fact that 9 euro is charged for one single glass of red housewine bought at the bar, our key cards were mistakenly reset after breakfast so we couln’t enter our rooms to check out, and being mistakenly locked in the parking garage because the doorman wasn’t paying attention, doesn’t help to correct this impression. Disappointing stay.

Location was good , staff were very welcoming.

Room was quite small , pillows were really thin , although we didn't ask for additional ones.

The pool was pretty cool, and by cool I meant both cold and chic. Clean room and facilities. Located not too far from central city, but it does require a walk. Right next to the train station. Staff wasn't terribly friendly, but not rude or impatient either.

The breakfast is not included and not a good value. Ten Euro for bread, croissants, old fruit, and cereal. Room was so small we were tripping over ourselves keeping it in order. The close proximity of the train station, while convenient, was also rather noisy. But for a two night stay to get a taste of Bourgogne, it was overall good.

The rooms were nicely decorated. The hotel is close to the center of dijon (about 10 minutes walking). It has a closed parking which is convenient.

The rooms are small. The parking expensive. They do not pay attention on the booking info and they really do not care. We had booked for a double bed. When we arrived they send us to a twin room, and they said "oh really its a twin room, let me check" and then "I am sorry, we don't have a room with double bed for tonight. Tomorrow come and we will change your room". But, next day they said that they did not have a double room, and when we replied we don't pay for something else they threatened us by calling the police. And then out of nowhere they found a room, and they said that it is booking.com fault and that there was an overbooking. And in our question, why they did not inform us since they knew we were coming a week before. They said we cannot do that for every customer. So it turns out that our money are good, we should pay for something else but they do not even spend 2 minutes to contact us saying that there is something wrong. Only threats and even they phrase "You will stay in your room", as if we were kids. And my opinion is that f they have all these problems with booking, they should leave booking. But it seems they want everything: clients and advertisement from booking, our money and not fulfilling customers needs. After all not to forget mentioning that the staff is very rude and they treat you as if you are stupid and can fool you with lies!
