the friendly attitude and the..breakfest

The location was great for visiting cern. It was much cheaper than staying in Geneva. The restaurant was very handy for breakfast and also enjoyable for dinners.

The restaurant was not open for dinner on Sunday, but I found a great Thai place a couple of km away in St. Genis.

A quiet setting on the edge of a village- really nice people and a very fair room for the price- clean and comfortable.

That the staff could speak both french and English and with a smile. The lady on the desk when we visited was very helpful.

This is not a complaint but just a little note. Please could we have English breakfast tea with proper milk not ht or whatever you call that long life milk, we didnt like it. Thank you

Excellent access to cern for those who have a car. A good compromise (hotel+car rental) as opposed to hotel+public transport.

Might feel a bit "crowded" for a longer stay.

Awful! I am very sorry that stayed in this hotel! 1.In describing about this hotel is written about a good connection to Switzerland - it's just a lie! There is no shuttle or buses. I ordered a taxi. The taxi driver arrived without a taximeter and asked from me 100 eur(!!!) for 5 minutes of getting to the airoport of Geneva! When I started complaining, he agreed to take from me 50 eur ..for 5 minutes of driving... .2.Staff does not speak any English. 3.The toilet in the room did not work. 4.I arrived late and had to have a dinner at the hotel - just uneatably! AWFUL!!!

The staff were very helpful. The food in the restaurant was good although the choice somewhat limited. The waitress was particularly cheerful and tried to advise as best as possible

The room had a strong musty smell. It then became apparent that a water leak caused a very wet patch next to the bed. We were told that this had been going on for three days and that they were very "working very hard" to fix it. Whenwe left after two days, it had still not been fixed. Maybe such a room should not be rented until the problem has been fixed.

I was visiting my son who works at cern. This was my second visit.

I would like more electrical wall plugs - close to my bed. Otherwise everything was very good.

Service restauration en-dessous de tout - Plat (s) servi (s) froid, sans possibilité de faire réchauffer sous prétexte que l'assiette rectangulaire ne rentrait dans le micro-onde !! Amas de poussière sur clim/chauffage de la chambre. Manque de luminosité dans SdB spot grillé !

Chauffage trop bruyant pour dormir sereinement

Hotel bien situé, facile à trouver. Chambre agréable et propre. Bonne literie. salle de bain correcte et spacieuse, propre. On apprécie toujours la possibilité de se faire un petit café / thé grâce à la bouilloire et la possibilité de pouvoir diner sur place. Accueil sympa. Bon rapport qualité prix si offre promotionnelle.

Está muy cerca de la frontera Suiza y concretamente del cern. Aunque hay alguno mas que está también muy cerca y parece mas nuevo. El desayuno es justo.

La primera habitación que me dieron olía mucho a tabaco y me la tuvieron que cambiar. Eso si!, Sin ningún problema.

Prijs/kwaliteit vind ik erg goed

De dienstdoende receptioniste was ,zacht gezegd, niet vriendelijk en het kwam over dat ze niet veel plezier in haar werk had. Een lach kost hetzelfde maar heeft zoooo veel meer charme.
