It did not pretend to be anything other than what it was - a clean, convenient and affordable resting place to base onself with ready access to the Jura, the Alps and Geneve. In that sense. Perfect.

The location was great for visiting cern. It was much cheaper than staying in Geneva. The restaurant was very handy for breakfast and also enjoyable for dinners.

The restaurant was not open for dinner on Sunday, but I found a great Thai place a couple of km away in St. Genis.

The hotel is close to cern and to alice p2. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

It was cold. I had to sleep with trousers and pullover. 20C is the maximum you can heat. There was hair on my washbin.

Lack of public transport

We arrived during a heavy rain and the staff was there to quickly help us with our luggage and getting registered. After drying out, we returned to the dining room to enjoy a delicious meal served by friendly personnel. The room was spacious, clean and inviting. All of the staff seemed to work as a team to make sure guests were comfortable and any needs met.

The location is fine if you have a car. However, there is not a means of transportation directly to the hotel unless you call a taxi, which is a bit pricey. We took a tram to Cern then transferred to a bus that only goes part of the way, which leaves about a 10-15 minute walk to the hotel.

Awful! I am very sorry that stayed in this hotel! 1.In describing about this hotel is written about a good connection to Switzerland - it's just a lie! There is no shuttle or buses. I ordered a taxi. The taxi driver arrived without a taximeter and asked from me 100 eur(!!!) for 5 minutes of getting to the airoport of Geneva! When I started complaining, he agreed to take from me 50 eur ..for 5 minutes of driving... .2.Staff does not speak any English. 3.The toilet in the room did not work. 4.I arrived late and had to have a dinner at the hotel - just uneatably! AWFUL!!!

Friendly English speaking personnel, very good location (close to CERN)

Only drawback was the lack of non-French TV channels, if any.

Le ménage dans la chambre qui nous avait été attribuée n'avait pas été fait; corrigé très vite par l'attribution d'une autre chambre

Personnel d'accueil sympathique, chambre confortable avec baignoire, calme.

Salle de bains petite. Petite frustration : à 9h15 le seul choix de viennoiseries au petit déjeuner était des pains au raisin, et les croissants sont arrivés au moment où nous quittions la salle à 9h45 ... et nous étions les derniers convives à ce moment-là.

Chambre petite mais calme. Literie d'excellent qualité. Personnel charmant. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
