It was shabby. Some rooms noisy. Shower fitting ridiculous position. Bar atmosphere unwelcoming. Breakfast poor. I won't be returning

Kyriad hotel is very close to Grenoble, staff is very kind and room was clean. We have not had any trouble with the noise even though it is situated on the main street.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast Room was hot and too noisy outside to open window during night. Air conditioning wasn't effective. Lots of ongoing renovation work (it needs it).

le confort et les petites intentions mises à disposition.(à découvrir) le prix du petit dejeuner(9€) ceci n'est pas une réclamation,mais pourquoi ne pas négocier le prix de la chambre avec le petit déjeuner(suggestion)

Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Les chambres sont également équipée d'un bouilloire, et du café et du thé avec des gateaux sont donnés tous les jours, ce qui permet de ne pas payer le petit déjeuner tout en ayant un café. Les chambres sont bien isolées des bruits de la rue. Propre. Certains membres du personnel ne sont pas agréables. L'hôtel est très excentré de grenoble, accessible en bus (qui finissent à 20h30), à 20 min du tram. Le quartier de l'hôtel est désertique.

Le personnel accueillant. Manque de confort, vétusté de l'hotel. Pas de télévision ce jour (problème tnt), ni de connexion internet.La vue des cuisines dernière, ne donne pas envie d'aller au restaurant de l'hotel.

“Charming and helpful manager. Excellent staff all round. Happy for us to have our own picnic lunch round the pool and bring us cooled wine to accompany it. WIFI had good coverage, was free and needed no password. The restaurant was fully booked but looked excellent and was clearly popular.
