The room was comfortable & clean and the breakfast adequate. It was an easy walk to the town centre & port. Free parking was a bonus. Could have better tea /coffee making facilities. Only just enough for one cup in the room. |

The hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable, the staff were friendly and spoke English and a good breakfast was provided. It was a little way from the centre of town and was not served by a bus route. |

Clean and Modern in quiet area 1. First Room had "fleas" in bed !! but they changed, 2nd try ok. 2. Breakfast ok, but area rather stark, with loud tv dominating area.3.My wife , fell and cut her hand badly, the staff said they did not have a First Aid Kit. In the Hotel!!!!--Unbeleivable in 2009.!! |

Hotel was very clean, rooms were small but the bath fittings were all new. Good value for the price. Staff were very friendly and the hotel had secure gated parking for your car. Great place to stay for a weekend in La Rochelle. The only downside to this hotel is it is on a sidestreet which is not lit, so if you want to walk down to the port at night and walk back, it can be a little dark. |

The Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was always spotlessly clean and the bathroom was lovely. The walk into la Rochelle was easily done and being out of the centre meant parking wasn't a problem. |

The best thing about this hotel was the value for money, the place was imaculate and just 5-10min walk from center, I was touring europe and this was easily the best value. more like 4* |

The room was stylish and very comfortable, particularly appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities and the air conditioning. It was impressively clean. The reception staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The car park was a real asset, given the difficulty of parking in La Rochelle. The 20 minute stroll into town meant that environment around the hotel was quiet and peaceful, but still easy to access the bars and restaurants of the city centre. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Bigger bath towels would be nice. |

The hotel was excellent in every way. Would like more pricing options for breakfast. We normally breakfast on croissants and coffee. Euro 8 per head is expensive for this! We have our breakfast away from the hotel for Euro 4.50 total! |

The hotel is very modern and clean and the breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel is about 15 minutes walk from La Rochelle centre and is not very inspiring. However, there are a couple of adequate restaurants just next to it if you arrive late as we did and don't want to walk in. Although in many ways, it would have been nicer to stay in the town centre, the Kyriad had the advantage of having a free car park. I would recommend the Kyriad if you want a comfortable base from which to explore La Rochelle and the area around about. Only criticism I have is that the location is not particularly attractive but the hotel itself is good vfm. |

reasonably priced hotel for the area clean and modern but quite clinical. Two great restuarants opposite hotel Location relating to the town and beach. A good 20min walk from main center no good for anyone with walking dificulties |

The cleanliness of the hotel and its situation- not far from the station and fairly easy to reach the town centre on foot. The breakfst was particularly enjoyable. We f;ound it difficult to work out where it was from the street plan at the railway station, as it is just off the city centre and is not named on it! |

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast was good value with fresh food and excellent coffee. Although comfortable the layout of the bedroom was slightly awkward, especially for TV viewing, and the furniture and facilities for hanging and storing clothes were a little basic. Not set in an attractive area but that is not not a major problem. Visitors should be aware that the hotel is situated a little outside of the town centre which is a good 20-25 minute brisk walk away. |

new hotel, free wi-fi I booked hotel with company credit card and left it at home, then I had to pay cash, but most of the hotel don't need it CC physycally. the hotel without it's own restaurant. 15-20 minutes walk from the city center, nothing to look around. |
