No complaints about this hotel but at the sister Kyriad hotel inside the airport fence the reception staff member on the night of the 20/9/11 was extremlely unhelpful as I had been taken to the wrong hotel but he would not order me a taxi and told me to walk to the correct hotel which was 45 minutes away and it was 21.45.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip as it was on 10 minutes from the RER station linking me to the Parc Des Expositions

Stayed for 2 nights and the restaurant was closed both nights. On the 2nd night the Wi-Fi failed and i was unable access important information that i needed to complete before my visit was concluded.

The staff were fantastically helpful, pleasant and spoke good English. They managed to arrange accomodation for two adults and three children in the room, and whilst it was a squeeze, the room had been thoughtfully prepared. The parking was secure.

It really isn't that central to Paris, and the rer wasn't working when we were there. The turn-in to the carpark is very tight and needs a lot of care, we were in a big people carrier and struggled, if you're in a Range Rover forget it. We found the area just a little threatening, but the hotel / parking felt secure, friendly and very welcoming.

I'm tour operator and I booked 2 single rooms for one client and our tour leader. Because we couldn't block enough rooms for our group. And I received biggest complain I ever heard in my life. There was smell of wet mop in the room, a lot of mosquito and dirty bathroom. They were so angry and sent me a photo... I couldn't say anything but excuse them. I will not use this hotel again. Never !

Location is excellent for person attending exhebition at le bourjet exhebition center . bus stop is just outside the hotel and rer train station is 10 min walk or 3 bus stops from the hotel . stuff are very helpfull and friendly especially my friend the bold smiling man

It is far from paris center for passenger coming to paris as a tourist

the elevator isn't good enough. The gentlemen at the receiption dest is very kind.

The internet didn't work well for 3 days. It's not the hotel's fault, but I still felt very unconfortable.

Accueil des plus charmants, tout était parfait, confort dans le détail (un ventilateur était même prévu dans les armoires), aucun souci pour demander quelque chose qui manque : rien ne manquait ! Cela n'arrive pas souvent..dans les autres hôtels que nous fréquentons...Merci, Famille Kervyn, Belgique.

Le concierge que nous avons eu, Monsieur Rémi, était de loin le plus sympathique.Il y a eu erreur dans les chambres, mais nous avons eu deux chambres pour le prix d'une seule, et nous avons logé donc sans soucis..

Les départs de certains voyageurs très bruyants à 06h00 du matin!

Proximité de l'aeroport et parking privé et aisé. Chambre propre et personnel souriant

Ne pas choisir cet hotel pour la nourriture

Cet hôtel je n'ai rien à dire tout est tès bien, le personnel très aimable, c'est très propre, et on s'est perdu pour y'aller, et oon a appelé et la personne est resté au telephone avec nous pour nous guider.

La disponibilité du personnel les petites attentions dans la chambre buffet du petit déjeuner copieux

Geluidoverlast werkzaamheden in en rond het hotel. Het gebouw is erg gehoorig. Je hoort echt bijna alles buiten je kamer.
