The location of this hotel is ideal for the ferry to the UK. If you understand this hotel seems to be for a transient business community and workmen then you will be fine. For the location of a hotel so close to a ferry terminal the inability of the only staff member to speak any other language in any shape or form other than perfectly spoken French is rather annoying, as was the fact that although the hotel offered a resturant facility from Monday to Thursday and the stay was on Thursday and pointed out to the staff member in his own language in his own hotel brochure he was totally unapologetic when telling us there were no meal facilities and was clueless as to were any resturants were.

nice location - well, very far away from center, but near commercial center and near road. our window faced the center, there was no nise. nice birds were singing in the morning. pretty room with dark colours of wood, pretty stylish and big one. very good-looking shower gel very nice good impression of the hotel, nice receptionist talking English nice breakfast with home-made croissants mouldy ceinig in the bathroom, very mouldy. seems like the ventilation does not work properly. pretty strange the the bath was decorated with wood. humidity in the bath

Extrabed for children for free. Safe parking. Very friendly stuff. New television and tea making facility. Perfect room cleaning. Small room with three beds. Sadly some mould in the bath room and according to that some smell.

Dans une chambre pour 2 personnes, une seule serviette de bain et une mini serviette visage et mains. Un second jeu de serviettes était caché sous des oreillers dans l'armoire. Nous l'avons appris au moment du départ lorsque j'ai fait une remarque. Je trouve ce procédé peu honnête.

Accueil, la disponibilité de l'hôtesse pour me changer de bouilloire, tout le nécessaire besoin. Grand parking. Les wc pas du tout adapté, on doit se mettre de côté... La porte, manque d'insonorité, le matin réveillé tôt (8h) par les bruits des femmes de ménage (aspirateurs, les portes)...

L'accueil très sympathique, dans une période de vigilance orange neige- verglas pour toute la Normandie. Le vaste parking, même si en raison des intempéries il est devenu inaccessible. Le petit déjeuner, un buffet agréable et complet. La chambre , petite mais bien agencée. Un bon rapport qualité/prix.

L'accueil de la réceptionniste. Très souriante et disponible. Les voisins insupportables. Sans doute un groupe ou une famille qui se rendaient visite de chambre en chambre en faisant systématiquement claquer les portes et en s'interpellant jusqu'à plus de minuit.
