Basic hotel just outside the centre of le mans

Very small room , and overlooking the car park, with a tiny bathroom and shower

Very nice room. Friendly staff.

A little outside the city however if you have a car, it is very convenient.

Great location, good spec in our rooms, v clean tidy. Modern, new - in a good way. Great breakfast. Best quality for the money we've stayed at (10 hotels in the last 4 months). Overall v pleased with our choice.

- Noisy road early morning if you sleep with window open, as on a busy thoroughfare. But didn't spoil anything. - Our wash basis was v slow emptying, not worth a complaint. - Hotel restaurant bit limited for choice/pricy vs competition.

Good all around value

Noisy road in front of hotel, No aircon so you have to have the window open at night which made the room noisy.

Very good bed.

Nice rooms, especially the size, Plus facility of added cot for infant at no charge

Check in advetised as 12 noon we arrived at 2.30 to find room not ready and no cot, this was al sorted quickly for us though

Good facilities in the room, great for an overnight stay, conveniently located near to the town centre, and en route to the race track. We are a family of four...and needed 2 adjoining rooms which they had...but were not initially given, so our young teenage sons would have been across the corridor to us.. Fortunately the adjoining room next to our room was free so we were able to move.

The rooms are a little bit dated, even though good tea/coffee facilities the equipment looked well used and in need of repair. The hairdryer in the bathroom is from the 80'S..could do with updating! However apart from these minor things which can be addressed, the hotel is a pleasant one.

It was a stop over for us. pleasant lady at desk. Nice breakfast.

Clean comfortable rooms

Restaurant closed, an additional 6% city tax, breakfast a little expensive

Very nice modern design to the rooms, imaculately clean and nice to have a kettle for a cup of tea or coffee. We ate in the restauarant and the food was freshly prepared and very nice.

We originally booked a standard room which we decided to up-grade upon arrival as it was a warm humid evening and the room was too hot and stuffy. The standard rooms have no air-con and as the hotel is on a fairly busy road and opposite the railway line having the windows open was not really an option.
