Friendly reception on arrival. Very good food at value for money prices. Spacious bathroom and good location for St Emilion and Libourne

well organised, clean, efficient, friendly staff, good food and quiet.

Excellent value for money; the room and the restaurant, although I would prefer a cheaper option for breakfast for those who perhaps only want a coffee and croissant.

The hotel is clean, Staff is excellent and friendly. It is a good option if you need to explore the Bordeaux region, free and secure parking. provide coffee and tea

Small bedroom, you do need car if stay in the hotel. The location is about 30 mins drive to Bordeaux, and 10 mins drive to Saint-Emilion

A rather disappointing hotel for the Kyriad chain. It is small and in need of a major refurbishment. However it is well situated for Libourne/St Emilion and in a quite location. The staff were efficient. The bedroom was small, as was the bathroom. There was an ugly stain on the carpet. The restaurant was small and functional, like a canteen, so we ate out for dinner. Breakfast was OK with limited choice. Not recommended. We found that there are plenty of better hotels in the area.

It was very quiet and the staff didn't come around hoovering early in the morning! Nice location, just out of Libourne, although would advise to get a taxi, don't walk like we did, or you run out of pavement! Luckily a local saw us and gave us a lift for the last 300 meters!! Food was excellent, we ate there in the evening rather than attempting to walk back into town, even though we'd have liked to as Libourne is very pretty

We had not planned to eat in, but it seems virtually all restaurants in Libourne are closed on Sundays.Despite the plain restaurant, the food at dinner was really good.

Small bedroom, but typical of modern French business hotels.

The hotel was well off the main highway and very quiet. It had an appealing country farmhouse look.

There was very little tea or coffee provided and only one milk serve.

The hotel itself was fine but the location, on an industrial estate was depressing. It was also inconvenient to access it coming from Libourne as you are not allowed to turn right into the area off the dual carriageway but have to go to the next point where there is a break in the barrier and do a U turn. Libourne itself is an unpleasant town, but close to St Emilion which is delightful. It would be worth spending a little more and avoiding the place altogether, and stay out towards St Emilion or one of the other villages.

Restaurant was excellent. Staff excellent.

Easy to walk into town, pleasant surroundings.

It was just a place to rest my head on my journey to the UK.

The staff weren't as accomodating as they were when I stayed with my wife at this hotel last year. I found that the meals weren't up to the standard of last year either.

The hotel was extremely clean and economical. It was very close to some very famous wineries and some beautiful lesser known ones. The staff and all the people in this area were lovely. We did have a broken air conditioner in one of our rooms... It was cool outside at night, so we just opened the window. When we mentioned it the staff was very nice about it. The bathroom shower and beds were wonderful.

We used this hotel as a one night stop over. It was very clean, staff more than helpful and the food was very good.

Room, though small was comfortable. Price included breakfast which was good.

The staff was excellent. We couldn't find the location of the hotel and got directions on the phone. Our dinner in the restaurant was outstanding: fresh seafood, salad, and homemade dessert. The price was economical and just a short drive to the vineyards of St. Emilion, Bordeaux, and a wonderful Sunday market in Libourne. Great food and wine in this region on the two rivers: Gironde and Dordogne. Rooms are large and clean with large bathrooms. The best Kyriad I have stayed in compared to size of rooms at others.

Quiet, calm place. The rooms seem to be newly renovated, so they are very clean and pleasant. It is a good option if you need to stop on your journey and explore the Bordeaux region (very close to St. Emilion and numerous wine cellar). Good breakfast.

A bit isolated, on the outskirts of Libourne. The rack rates are a bit high considering the location. The breakfast hours (till 9a.m.) are ridiculous.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Personnel à l'écoute. Calme et très propre. Bien situé pour voir la région autour de Bordeaux

Linge de toilette : manque gant. Oreiller rectangulaire. Pas idéal. Il faudrait priviligier les oreillers carrés.
