Convenience of being next to the airport. Free bus from/to the airport.

At the airport, the free bus needs to be contacted by phone. There is o alternative (e.g. Free box, walk to hotel, ..). No choice for food: have to eat at the hotel's restaurant.

Free shuttle service was nice. The room was very confortable. Perfect hotel for a travel transition night.

Called the hotel for the shuttle to pick us up from T3, was told it would arrive within 15 min. 25 min. later, called back, the hotel had forgotten about us. Shuttle arrived within 5 min. with a pretty irate driver. At the hotel, discovered there was limited spaces only and time slots for the shuttle, the most ideal slots were already full. Had to arrive earlier at the airport. Asked for toothpaste, was offered an €8 kit. I only needed the toothpaste, so politely declined. Requested bigger towels, the manager could only find hand towels and astonishingly he settled for this and didn't ask any other staff member. This hotel offers very basic services, a poor to fair customer services. We did was we paid for, i.e. sleep and fly the next morning.

Free shuttle bus to the airport at any time. Not bad price to stay one night compared to other options. Staffs are kind.

It seems impossible to go to the hotel from airport by walk although the hotel is quite close to the airport. Wifi is not bad, but not good enough.

Scrambled eggs and sausages for the breakfast heating unit pre-set on 25 degrees celsius forced me to spend over an hour with open window in the middle of the night as it was too hot to sleep

The hotel is very close to the airport. The free transfer service is very useful and it is available at each 30m 24/24.

This is an usual airport hotel. It is not very comfortable and it is very hard to eat close to the hotel.

The only good thing we can say is that the location on the airport is good.

Room was small, the floor was very dirty and sticky. The room had a dank and musty smell that seemed to be coming from the heating unit. Even with the heating unit on high, the room was cold. The shower was very bad, no real water pressure, only a very small stream of water, too small to really call it a shower. It took two phone calls and 30 minutes of waiting in the cold for a shuttle to pick us up for a 3 minute bus ride. The price was ridiculous for these accomodations.

Breakfast was very good. And they serve from 3 A.m to 9.3 am as many travelers need to leave fro Airport early.

I wish they have adopters for plugs for 3 pin British electric system from two euro system. As many business travels do forget the adopters, at least if hotel can provide could be a big help so they are connected with internet and can charge mobile phone.

Very close location to airport for stopover en route to French ski resorts. Restaurant food for dinner and breakfast was very good. Hotel staff were friendly and willing to help resolve problem opening adjoining room door

Decor was looking a bit dated and tired in room but clean.

Covenient next to the airport

waiting 40 minutes after several calls in the late evening and in the cold for a shuttlebus Bar was closed already at 1100 hours. No tapbeer. No decoration on the floor No comfortable place to sit down

1 elevator and it broke down, staff doesn't speak english, bad food, shutle to hotel comes only every 30 min' though distance is less then a kilometer not a very welcoming hotel

Es la segunda ocasion que utilizo este hotel, su cercania al aeropuerto de Lyon es muy conveniente. Muy buena relacion precio-calidad. De ser necesario volveria a hospedarme ahi.
