Staff was very Helpful and courteous. Location right off the autoroute was great. Breakfast was simple and nourishing. This is a suggestion, not a complaint...put new carpeting in the hallways.

Quite good value for an overnight stay. I would have been really annoyed if I had payed the full adveryised price. No staff on duty. All the hotel locked up and a really terrible atmosphere because of it. The room had a really damp smell and on investigation we found damp and mould on the bathroom ceiling. The room also smelt very strongly of smoke even though we had requested a non smokiong room. The carpet in the room was disgusting surely a clean is not a lot to ask.Very disappointing!

Alles was redelijk tot goed, met name ook de parkeerruimte. Het bleek dat het restaurtant op zaterdag en zondag is gesloten. Wel kregen wij een aanbeveling voor een uitstekend restaurant (La vieille ferme).

Nous avons apprécié lla situation à proxilmité de l'autoroute et surtout l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. Nous aurions préféré un peu plus de consistance pour le petit déjeuner. Mais sommes néanmoins très satisfaits et nous y retournerons sans faute. Cordialement.

De locatie dichtbij de tolweg. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Aankomsttijd tot 23.00 uur. Geen werkende afzuiginstallatie in douche/wc. Het eten was 's avonds een culinair dieptepunt, echt bagger.

De vriendelijke receptionist. Het hotel is nódig aan een flinke opknapbeurt toe. Ons werd een bijzonder kleine kamer toegewezen, waarschijnlijk omdat we gebruik hebben gemaakt van een aanbieding???!! Ook al werd de kamer rookvrij genoemd, toch rook het niet fris!

La proximité de l'autoroute car nous faisions une étape pour nous rendre aux sports d'hiver. Le petit déjeuner : peu de choix, pas de produits frais (fromage emballé, compote en pot, yaourts non réfrigérés) contrairement à d'autres hôtels de la chaîne. La salle de bains non chauffée avec un sol gelé.

Literie bonne Moquette dans couloir usée et tachée, bas de porte extérieure chambre décollé, évier bouché, poubelle pied non fonctionnelle, j'ai été déçue par la vétusté de l'hôtel par rapport aux autres Kyriad que j'ai visités. Un bon coup de peinture et quelques travaux seraient nécessaires pour retrouver le confort et la propreté de cet établissement

Bon accueil. L'offre d'un repas à 22 heures L'accès à l'hotel n'est pas balisé et nous avons tourrné pendant plus d'une demi-heure pour le trouver après avoir eu les renseignements par un bar.

Rien Nous croyons que c'est un hotel pour chiens, humains admis. Personnel de service très bruyant à partir de 8 heures. Buffet du matin avec des manquements. (Plus de pain baguette à 9 heures)
