Staff was helpful -- the online booking information was not delivered to the hotel, but I had my confirmation email and fortunately they had a room. This was a one-night stay to break up a long car trip -- the location was excellent and the price was right.

Staff was very Helpful and courteous. Location right off the autoroute was great. Breakfast was simple and nourishing. This is a suggestion, not a complaint...put new carpeting in the hallways.

The receptionist was excellent. He did not have any record of our booking but said that that was not unusual for 'Booking.com' ! He went out of his way to help and managed to accomodate us. He was very approchable. Good breakfast. Did not see another member of staff. Bathroom floor dirty.Room smelt of smoke.

Quite good value for an overnight stay. I would have been really annoyed if I had payed the full adveryised price. No staff on duty. All the hotel locked up and a really terrible atmosphere because of it. The room had a really damp smell and on investigation we found damp and mould on the bathroom ceiling. The room also smelt very strongly of smoke even though we had requested a non smokiong room. The carpet in the room was disgusting surely a clean is not a lot to ask.Very disappointing!

Bon accueil. L'offre d'un repas à 22 heures L'accès à l'hotel n'est pas balisé et nous avons tourrné pendant plus d'une demi-heure pour le trouver après avoir eu les renseignements par un bar.

Het eten was goed. Het hotel is makkelijk te bereiken. De badkamer was niet echt schoon, onze douchekop kon nergens hangen, een deur van het dressoir hing scheef.

Gerenoveerde kamers met goede bedden. Jammer dat enkel de kamers gerenoveerd werden, de vloerbekleding in de gang is dringend aan vernieuwing toe. Vensterluiken waarvan de sluiting ontbreekt, verstoren een goede nachtrust. De tafels van het terras blijven uren niet afgeruimd, zelfs na een fikse regenbui.

Volgens onze info kon je er ook avondeten.... Bij onze aankomst moesten we echter horen dat er die dag geen avondeten mogelijk was omwille van een feestje

Prijs-kwaliteit ondermaats.Geen restaurant. Geen deftig ontbijt ondan,ks de prijs van 8 euro p.p. Eierpoeder moesten we elf opwarmen! Een onpersoonlijk hotel zonder karakter met vuil vasttapijt.

Zeer vriendenlijke receptie De locatie is toch op een soort industrieterrein bij een rotonde. Helaas was het restaurant gesloten, maar er zijn verschillend fast-food gelegenheden op loopafstand, Het leek eerst rustig, maar tegen 5-6 uur s nachts werd de rust wreed verstoord door een groep brullende en muren en deuren slaande gasten. Niet de fout van Kyriad, maar toch heel vervelend.

La proximité de l'autoroute car nous faisions une étape pour nous rendre aux sports d'hiver. Le petit déjeuner : peu de choix, pas de produits frais (fromage emballé, compote en pot, yaourts non réfrigérés) contrairement à d'autres hôtels de la chaîne. La salle de bains non chauffée avec un sol gelé.

Literie bonne Moquette dans couloir usée et tachée, bas de porte extérieure chambre décollé, évier bouché, poubelle pied non fonctionnelle, j'ai été déçue par la vétusté de l'hôtel par rapport aux autres Kyriad que j'ai visités. Un bon coup de peinture et quelques travaux seraient nécessaires pour retrouver le confort et la propreté de cet établissement
