es un hotel sencillo pero agradable. las habitaciones estan limpias. buena relaciion calidad precio.

We were pleasantly surprised at the very good evening meal.

Friendly staff. Well positioned hotel next to the motorway. Meals were very adequate for the price. Wifi worked well. Easy to find. View from window onto fields made a pleasant location.

Ideally situated for our trip, basic but clean and comfortable.

No staff at night. Noise of other guests all night. Paper thin walls. Left at 0600. Frustrated and annoyed. Room very dirty.

Tea and coffee making facility in rooms. Good breakfast

Broken shower head. Food wanted for dinner had run out at 19.45. Slow service because very busy and only one waitress. Long wait to check out.

poor reception technique, became second best to the telephone which was answered three times whilst trying to check-in.

- I was a bit disappointed from the restaurant. Indeed at Macon you could expect interesting local products from this part of France but unfortunately nothing from this at the restaurant.

It was a handy place to stay whilst traveling through France.

Not being able to book in with their automated booking in system because Booking.com had not given us the Kyriad access code. Had to text our daughter to contact Booking.com which she did and obtained to code. Booking.com also contacted the hotel and we gained access 2 hours later!

for the price there really was nothing to not like. the restaurant was nothing special, but there were alternatives nearby.

The room was warm, clean and had the facilities we required for an overnight stay en route through France. Location to the a40 was great, and of course, it was excellent value.

We had both an evening meal and breakfast. The evening meal wasn't really that great, though breakfast was adequate.

Restaurant was closed over the weekend even when the hotel was full and we were not advised of this at the time of booking.

Just off the main auto route south, Friendly staff and speak english, Resturant small but food very good, and presented well. For a budget hotel when travelling south its perfect.

the hallway carpet need to be refreshed with a new, because in front of room nr 4 there is a very dirty big dark stain. bah.

The machine with the availability and instant payment and key very good idea for a last minute decision

When we arrived it was after midnight so reception was closed as we looked for our booking on the machine it could not be found and the code to use wasnt recognised either so unfortunately we had to rebook and pay for another room when I approached reception the next morning I was told that they had tried to contact me which I'm sure they hadn't then was informed they hadn't taken payment for the booking it was all a bit of a nightmare that time of night

Upon arrival before 9pm, didn't want to use book in machine outside, saw coffee machine in reception, asked if i could buy coffee was told in no uncertain terms NO !!! Bar and restraunt CLOSED at weekends !!! That tired went straight to room, Noisey rooms paper thin walls, Woke up to find ants crawling on floor. left as soon as i could. Plenty of places nearby to stay choose them

Freindly staff and very good food well worth the money . We asked for a disabled accomadation and our needs were fully met

The receptionist was so helpful and the room had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable

Nothing - it was great for what we wanted - a stop off on a long journey

Seeing we did not speak French, it was goed that the personel spoke English. or at least tried to answer our questions as good as possible. Thank you.
