Ideal for a city break. Hotel was quiet, clean, well furnished. Good breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Near to metro station and old city and port. |

Aucun soucis en ce qui concerne l'hôtel. Le seul problème concerne la réservation faite avec Booking.com. Aucune réservation n'était associée à mon nom ou à mon numéro de réservation. Heureusement qu'il y avait des chambres libres. J'avais pourtant reçu un mail de confirmation de résevation. |

L'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel. La situation géographique. La proximité de parking, hélas, payant. La dimension de ma chambre était limite pour un 3 étoiles. Bien que fonctionnelle, son volume était assez restreint. |

J'ai aimé l'accueil du soir et du matin, la chambre est grande et confortable, tres appréciable le plateau infusion. Le petit déjeuné est parfait. Point négatif pour ma part, les chambres ne sont pas bien insonnorisées. Donc, sommeil perturbé par les échanges verbaux de la chambre d'à côté. Prévoir boules quies pour la prochaine fois, au cas où. |

le personnel est trés agréable, dans les étages ça sent trés bon, c'est propre dans la salle de bain, les chambres sont plutôt bien isolées pour les bruits de la ville. Le petit déjeuner est bien achalandé avec des produits frais. A 10 min à pied de la gare st charles, trés pratique. |

Très bon relationnel avec la clientèle. Qualité de la chambre, rien à dire. Au petit déjeuner, très bonne disponibilité de l’hôtesse de salle. A mon prochain séjour à Marseille, c’est sur je reviendrai dans cet hôtel. |

J'ai aimé la proximité de l'hôtel aux artères principales de la ville. Le personnel était très accueillant et disponible à toute heure.. Ma chambre d'hôtel se situant en façade, face à la rue donc, je dois dire que j'ai trouvé le quartier plutôt bruyant, sans doute dû à la "malheureuse" situation de cette chambre (105) en question. |
