We were pleasantly surprised at how well the hotel was situated. Although it was in the midst of a commercial center, the hotel was quite well designed to remain quiet, with a pleasant view. The staff was quite pleasant and helpful. We stayed here to visit the Chateau Vaux-le-Vicomte, and it is excellently situated for that purpose. Everything was quite clean and comfortable. Not really -- for the type of hotel that it is, it provided good service at a very good price. |

Location - hotel is a bit out of town, need to drive to town. Room in need of a refurb - but this is reflected in price. Requested babycot in room but this was unavailable and I was not informed beforehand. However, they provided a bed instead. |

Nous sommes une famille de 5 personnes et la taille de la chambre était tout à fait adaptée à ce qu'on cherchait. La chambre sentait fortement la cigarette et nous n'avons pas pu en changer. Avec un bébé de 4 mois, c'est moyen. De plus, les oreillers n'avaient pas de housse. Nous avons dû en demander. Et enfin, la couverture de notre lit était sale. |

La proximité d'un centre commercial Je n'ai pas aimé l'odeur persistante de tabac dans la chambre alors que nous en avions demandée une non fumeur. Le ménage était en plus négligé et l'usure générale des lieux ne donne pas envie d'y rester. |

Bon confort de la chambre et de la salle de bain Dans une chambre réservée pour 3 personnes, prestations pour seulement 2 (serviettes, tasses, cafés, etc.). Pas de personnel à l'accueil en arrivant et temps d'attente long. |
