Locate between city centre and train station. Very convienent. Bed is clean. You can flood the room if you don't take special attention on placing the curtain of the shower. As a chain hotel, I have no idea why the receptionist doesn't know English.

Comfortable room. Shower was great. Location is central to city center. I didnt eat breakfast there, but it was scanty. Luckily got parking right in front.

The room itself was clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything functioned properly throughout our stay there. There were many cons to this hotel, but nothing too major. We would recommend this hotel for backpackers and travelers on a budget. The hotel was not far from the train station, but hard to find. We actually got there using the navigation system on the phone. There was no "do not disturb" sign provided. The housekeeper banged on our door five times daily to get into our room. When we didn't leave the room til one, they phoned us. Guess they were serious about cleaning...though the hallways somehow always smelled of dog poop (literally). We caught the smell of cigarettes in our room occasionally. It was probably from the people smoking in front of the hotel down below. The hotel provided us with two bars of soap when we arrived, but the housekeeper took them out in the morning and replaced them with four small bottles of lotion.

Pleasant hotel near historic centre with Christmas markets close by. Ideal o'night stay on a long journey, not far from auto-roures. Room pleasant and well organised. Near other eating places at various prices. Would try their own restaurant in future.

The room was small but very clean, you had to pay for the parking which was locked way under the hotel so very safe as had to have a code to access it at all times, the charge was €8 The hotel had a restaurant but was not opened at weekend but this is not shown on the site and should be amended to state this as we booked this hotel for the restaurant, found the breakfast expensive for what choices you got, so would not recommend having it.

Breakfast is good. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable and the beds are okay as well. The location is excellent: very close (2 minutes walk) to the city center (shops, restaurants, etc.).

Excellent location, best value for money, clean room, free wi-fi There is no parking even for unloading baggage. Pulic parking is 10 minutes away from the hotel. 8 euro per 12 h

Small but functional rooms, nice staff, good value for the money. Parking space availability is virtually non-existent: 6 spaces for about 40 rooms! Luckily, there is a good and relatively cheap (8EUR/24h) underground parking about 150m away (St-Thibault). Room were a little old and the airco/heating very noisy.

Friendly staff at reception. Parking fee for garage EUR 8,- is OK as there parking space is hard to get nearby. Room was clean, the mattress comfy. Location of the hotel is excellent as it is located city center. Place St. Louis walking distance 5 minutes, great restaurants over there.

Good location, friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast. Where is a guest supposed to hang his wet towels? No rack or hanger provided. The lack of a toilet brush is not a meaningful economic measure, it means unnecessary waste of water with multiple flushing.

Kyriad is een keten waar de kamers steeds mooi onderhouden zijn. Het ontbijt is in buffetvorm, waarbij voldoende keuze is. Spijtig genoeg is er geen garage aan het hotel, waardoor in de stad betalend moet geparkeerd worden.

Personnel très sympathique. Bonne literie. Néanmoins la douche est minuscule, de surcroit placée sur un tout petit coté. Bonjour les fuites d'eau. Nous venions pour affaire et non pour un séjour de standing. Avons apprécié le parking souterrain . L'exiguité de la chambre. Sinon ras

Wirklich ruhige Zimmer, sehr gute Betten, freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeptionistin am Morgen (blond), freundlicher Room-Service, relativ zentrale Lage. Unfreundliche, kurz angebundene Rezeptionistin (dunkelhaarig) am Abend und folgenden Nachmittag, sehr enge, relativ dunkle Zimmer, Waschbeckenarmaturen mit Dreckschicht, Fremdhaare in der Dusche, nur ein Handtuchhaken für 4 Handtücher, keine Seifenablage O.ä. in der Dusche, wenig freundliche Service-Dame beim Frühstück, Schlange am Kaffeeautomaten, nach Abräumen des Frühstücksbuffets um 10 Uhr wurden die Gäste zum Verlassen des Saals aufgefordert, kein Stellplatz in Tiefgarage verfügbar, auf die für alle Gäste verfügbare Alternative (verbilligtes Parken im Zentrum) wurde nicht selbständig hingewiesen, die ausgehändigten Parktickets wurden (trotz Zusage) am nächsten Nachmittag weder am Automaten noch von der Parkplatz-Aufsicht akzeptiert, man ließ uns mehrfach zwischen Hotel und Parkplatz hin- und herrennen um untersch.Tickets auszuprobieren, verdächtigte uns, den Parkplatz mehrfach angefahren zu haben (statt sich das Problem vom Parkplatzservice telefonisch bestätigen zu lassen). Zeitaufwand für dieses Spektakel: 1,5, Stunden. Einen Teil (den vorgesehenen Anteil?) der Parkgebühren (10 € von 33 €) erhielten wir immerhin zurück, als wir mit Beschwerde und Anwalt drohten.

Nous aimons les Hötels "Kyriad" Nous connaissons Paris,Montélimar et maintenant Metz Le confort n'a pas excellent car on a l'habitude d'avoir au moins 24° dans notre chambre(l'âge peut-être!)

Die Ausstattung auf dem Niveau der Kette Kyriad Hotel ist wirklich gut für diesen Preis. Liegt am Anfang der Fußgängerzone, nach hiten sind die Zimmer völlig ruhig Die Rezeption ist mir den unfreundlichsten Mitarbeitern besetzt, die mir so begegnet sind. Die Infos werden auf einmal auf Französisch runtergerattert und dann wird Nägel gekaut und gewartet ob ich was verstehe. "Do you speak Englisch? kommt nach zwei Minuten. Ich schon, was die Rezeption sagt ist wohl kein Englisch. Es geht wesentlich freundlicher und kommunikativer.
