Very good location,clean,

Lacked bit of friendlyness butt as only a one night stay could not put down

The staff were helpful and friendly. It was near to the medieval centre and on the side of the river with a pleasant walk.

The air conditioning unit in the bedroom didn't work. When we opened the window the noise from the air conditioning units on the roof of the supermarket was very loud. The toilet appeared to be loose on the wall. Our experience in the restaurant in the evening was dreadful. I ordered the plat du jour which was inedible. The fish was not cooked, the beans were raw and the tagliatelli was solid. I was offered a plate of cheese as a replacement which I refused. It is inadmissable to offer a plat du jour if the cook is unable to prepare it correctly.

It was very economic.

Finding it proved difficult. It's in the middle of a commercial zone and the route to the hotel door was difficult to determine. It's very functional - no carpets and the room overlooked a large supermarket roof. Perfectly acceptable as a one night stop-off but not what you're looking for if you're going to be staying for any length of time.

Excellent budget stopover. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable after a long drive. Even had a bathroom as opposed to just a shower. Great value and location

the location was good for all 6 of us on the way to a holiday villa,

I thought there would be drinks available from the bar or food from the restaurant (judging by the pictures on your web site) & some person on the desk that could speak english & was polite & efficiant I was sadly mistaken we had to go out for food & drink after a long drive & also had to put up with an ignorant french woman on reception.

Functional & Comfortable. Petit Dejeuner was excellent.

Hotel was tired and smelly and in need of a major refurbishment. It is in the carpark of a supermarket with poor outlook. Worst breakfast in a 2 week travelling trip. 25 minute wait to checkout.

The hotel is in a great position, near the old town and right beside the water. It's very well insulated and there was hardly any noise from other guests.

The room smelt of cigarettes when we first opened the room even though we had requested non-smoking. Decor was very old-fashoined.

Location was very convenient as a stop-over returning from holiday in Perpignan area to Northern France. Facilities much as expected and I received a very good rate via booking.com.

Reception staff unhelpful and curt. Breakfast was not cheap at €8.50 per person and was not actually worth that. Limited choices and availability.

Nous y avons passé une nuit et y avons dîné. Rien de spécial à signaler. C'était plutôt correct. Pas d'autre commentaire, vu le peu de temps que nous y avons passé.

Parking facile et gratuit, quand on a réussi à trouver l'entrée, qui est celle de la grande surface voisine... Accueil souriant et agréable. petit déjeuner

Trage internet verbinding. Reservaties worden niet altijd opgevolgd. Vorige maal mijn kamer twee dagen dubbel geboekt.

C'est un hotel type "Formule 1" au prix d'un Ibis, le petit déjeuner est triste et cher à mourir de rire ou de désappointement , pas de journaux, la vétusté de l'ensemble au milieu d'un centre commercial Carrefour, prestation lowcost pour un prix highcost!

l'equipment de la chambre. La dame de reception fut un peut impatiente.

Le geste commercial consenti par le Directeur de l'hôtel de nous avoir changé de chambre car celle attribuée ne correspondait pas à notre réservation .

L'accueil et l'amabilité de la réceptionniste , à la limite de la correction et je suis pas la seule , ce week-end d'autres clients lui on fait la remarque !!! Week-end du 16 et 17 Mars , exposition canine de Montluçon , les tarifs avaient comme "par hasard" augmentés , 10 euros par chien (un peu excessif pour des chihuahuas) , alors que sur la plaquette de la chambre il était indiqué 5 euros !!!! Petit déjeuner 9 euros , alors que sur ma réservation il était indiqué 8,50 euros !!!!! Pas de restauration le week-end . Pas de possibilité de laisser les chiens dans les chambres (en notre absence) , au prix de 10 euros le chien c'est honteux !! Pour l'année prochaine comme on dit "j'irais voir ailleurs) .........

La grandeur de la chambre, l'insonorisation

Le supplément indescent pour les chiens qui ne peuvent rester dans la chambre seuls et n'ont pas accès à la salle de restaurant, on paie donc pour les laisser dans la voiture ou aller manger ailleurs !!!!!!!!!!!! Les oreillers minimalistes

Proximité du parc des expositions, bouilloire et thé/café dans la chambre.

Situé sur un parking de centre commercial. Le veilleur de nuit n'était au courant de rien: impossible notamment d'avoir un repas chaud portant proposé 24h/24 en principe. Tarif très excessif pour la qualité de l'hébergement proposé.

L'accueil, proprete du lieu, bon rapport qualité/prix, facilité de reservation, le calme, chambre plutot spacieuse

Manque de rangement dans la chambre, couverture un peu legere pour la saison Attention aux prix fournis par internet et à l'hotel car ils ne sont pas les mêmes.

L'accueil, le petit déjeuner, les produits dans la salle de bains ainsi que ceux dans la chambre, le calme, la restauration du soir, le parking en face.

la recherche pour trouver l'accès à l'hôtel, le bruit de la VMC dans la chambre.

Le chauffage de ma chambre ne fonctionnait pas le premier soir, il ne m'a pas été proposé de changer de chambre, j'ai passé la soirée et dormi dans une chambre froide, malgré mes appels répétés. Le chauffage a ensuite été réparé pour ma seconde nuit.
