Très confortable, pas de nuisance sonore. Petit déjeuner excellent !!! A notre arrivée, surprise de voir que les clients nous précédant à l'acceuil ont payé 84 euros pour 4 personnes alors que nous,qui avions réservé depuis de longs mois et avons payé 112 euros pour 4!!! Dans la chambre,un pied du lit est tombé lorsque nous nous sommes assis sur ce dernier et une ampoule de la lampe de chevet a "claqué" durant la soirée.

Emplacement idéal en centre ville tout près du chateau de la duchesse Anne. Trés bonne insonorisation et régulation thermique. Jus d'orange trés frais au petit déjeuner car présence d'une machine à presser.

Accueil et la chambre Je trouve anormal que l'hotel ne possède pas un parking. De plus c'est extrèmement difficile de trouver un emplacement d'une place payant aux alentours de l'hotel

Emplacement pratique près de la gare ; bonne chambre, confortable avec grand lit et vue dégagée (la 605) ; propreté ; accueil aimable et disponible ; petit déjeuners très corrects avec produits de qualité ; places devant l'hôtel pour déposer les bagages Environnement et vue sur la gare. En voiture, pas facile de se diriger dans Nantes et de se garer.

Cet établissement est très propre, silencieux, le personnel compétent et sympathique. Dommage que sur le prix du séjour, le mini-bar ne soit pas offert, c'est le seul bémol!! La moquette des couloirs conduisant aux chambres était très tachée, cela nous a vraiment étonnés !

Das Hotel "Kyriad" Nantes Gare Nord ist ideal für Reisende, die mit dem Zug in Nantes ankommen. Aber für Reisende im Pkw wäre es wünschenswert, Parkangebote aufzunehmen. 15,00 € für eine Nacht in der Tiefgarage in unmittelbarer Nähe sind doch ein wenig happig. Confort et situation géographique. Buffet de petit déjeuner laissé sans surveillance et donc mal réapprovisionné. Porte fermée samedi soir à 1 heure, pas de personnel à la réception, pas de réponse aux appels téléphoniques pendant plus de dix minutes. Alerte incendie dimanche matin à 7 h, sans la moindre information du personnel. Au vu de ces manquements l'hôtel a eu l'élégance de nous offrir nos petits-déjeuners.
