Decor a bit shabby needs repainting in places. No replenishment of in room refreshments for the second night. The shower head in room 307 cannot be positioned to have a shower without holding the head by hand.

Great location to visit Nice centre. Close to all main attractions. Room was comfortable, double bed was large. Nice touches like bottle of water, tea/coffee biscuits and flip flops which I wasn't expecting for a budget hotel. Bathroom was good size.

Shower head was a bit wonky but pressure and temp were good.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good location close to train station.

Fairly good location. Walking distance from the bus stop as we took a direct bus from the airport. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom with basic amenities and a hairdryer.

It would be perfect if the bathroom comes with a shower curtain.

Railway Line so close (But the double glazing blocks most of the sound)

The bathroom has a bathtub with just a shower head rather than a proper shower, so you can't stand up (a common bathroom design in this part of the French speaking world, and one I don't understand). There are train tracks just across the road which can be a little noisy, even though the windows are quite thick.

I was very pleased that that they allowed me to check in very early. I was also very happy with the staff.

Very helpful front desk and extremely knowledgeable about the local amenities like restaurants (especially the best ones). Location is another factor. Right near the train station and tramlines, so the whole city is accessed in minutes from leaving the hotel.

The beds were extremely comfortable.

The hotel location is at the right place for shopping and and city walk activity.

Proximity to Train station can be a problem if you are not a deep sleeper. It is very noisy because of trains.

The main reason that we booked this hotel was its location close to the train station. We arrived in the evening by train from Marseille so it was very convenient be able to walk straight to the hotel. It was also easy to get from our hotel to the center of Nice by hopping on the tram. The hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

There needs to be a bedside table for the other side of the bed, not just one side. There needs to be a shelf in the shower cubicle becuase there is nowhere to put shower gel bottles, apart from on the floor!
