The location is perfect, balcony overlooking the town and its beautiful lake (if you book the slightly more expensicve room - well worth it in my opinion). Parking is excellent, but at back of hotel (bag drop off at front if required). Pool looked good (but not used). The restaurant was OK, but probably better places in town. Breakfast was expensive and the coffee was poor (from machine) - service was good though. |

Convenient to the main road without having to navigate into the centre of Niort, automated check in, decent breakfast, clean and modern decor in hotel room. It's basic but does the job well. |

Clean room and situated in a fairly quiet area with shops and restaraunts close by. Bit far out of town to walk in. |

Very friendly staff- good breakfast- clean room. The cleaner kept forgetting to give us 2 cups,coffee and tea- maybe she thought the room was for 1 person. |

access to good television. wi~fi. quiet overnight good bathroom facillites all areas clean and tidy. an extra coffee satchet was requestd as there was only one in the room,and we were told each room was only allowed one satchet even though it was a double room. false economy ? breakfast grossly overpriced for selection offered. |

La proposition de soirée étape, cela permet, pour un rapport qualité/prix très raisonnable, de séjourner un ou plusieurs jours, lors d'un déplacement professionnel par exemple. Les deux matelas simples sur un lit double !! un peu génant pour bien dormir |

Ma réservation effectuée sur Booking n ' était pas parvenue à l' hotel, et nous avons eu la chance qu' une chambre restait libre à 23 heures!!! On nous a confirmé que ce défaut pur le Kyriad de niort était fréquent: merci de le corriger, cela évitera de grosses déconvenues La réservation via booking, non transmise |

Uitstekend voor een twee sterren restaurant qua onthaal en accomodatie ! Als Hotel : henry iv in Sully-sur- Loire een twee sterren hotel is, dan is kyriad niort beslist een drie sterren hotel !!! |

Esta situado en un poligono a unos 3 o 4 kilometros del centro de la ciudad. Y para lo que es, es bastante caro. La cama era muy pequeña y muy incómoda. La habitación olía mucho a tabaco. No volvería. |
