Great Staff, very helpful. Good location.
I wasn`t cheap, we've had better for the same or less money.
If you have loads of luggage, you may find the rooms not very big. But for us it was perfect. You can easily get there by foot from Gare du Nord and it's close to amazing spots to eat or just enjoy the French joie de vivre.
Very clean, modern hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Excellent location, easy to get to from the airport and right near a metro station that is easy to use to get to the best sites.
Nothing it was wonderful!
location staff cleaned room everyday water boiler, tea, coffee and sugar in the room helpful staff all in all, good value for money
very small rooms our first room had a broken window (it didn't close properly) and it was cold and loud the new room was at the ground level, facing the reception, so it was very noisy in the morning
The personnel was very pleasent. The tea and the coffee in the room is very suitable. It's close to the Metro and there are some resto around.
For a short trip you will not demand luxury. Easy access, good comfort, a clean room, a friendly staff and a reasonable pricing is good enough for us! We came back, and we will do it again.
It is a pity that you have to save money on details like the weak plastic cups by the bed, there could be some bar service, and you have to give a written receipt for things left in the locker. Details, but...
Small room but clean and new. we only stayed for one night and we wanted to be close to gare de l'est so it was ok. No complains
Easy to walk to from Gare du Nord or L'Est, and right on canal St. Martin. Quiet inside, we were not disturbed by other guests. The front desk guy was really friendly and made us very welcome.
The ensuite has no soundproofing qualities, so if you are sensitive to the sounds of your partner's bodily functions you should turn the TV up.
It was easy to get to from the gare du nord and l'est, and in an area surrounded by cafes and patisseries. The staff were very helpful (especially if you want extra tea bags!).
The walls weren't very thick and you could hear people moving early morning, so if you're not a heavy sleeper earplugs are advised.
Convenient location and sufficient services
The way the staff was trying to lead you for their own benefit
Very clean, very new, good restroom and beds, nice and helpful personnel
Breakfast - 7 euro - quite small choice of food, fruits announced in the adds are not there.
Great location, republique metro only a short walk away and another metro stop at the end of the street. Relaxed feel to neigbourhood, more locals than tourists. Very helpful staff and the room size (double room for one person) was great by Paris standards. Free in-room wi-fi was a bonus. Great value for central Paris.
My room was next to the lift which was a little noisy at times but nothing else to complain about.
Although the rooms are small, this hotel is comfortable, clean & in a safe area. Transport links are good, the hotel is near Jacques Bonsergent Metro, & is easy walking distance from Gare du Nord & Gare de L'Est. There are lots of good places to eat in the small side streets & on Boulevard de Magenta. There is also the nearby Canal St-Martin to take a pleasant stroll along. All in all we really like this area & this Hotel.
Paper cups for Tea & Coffee.
Breakfast was decent and easy. It's fine for a short stay, not much street noise, but rooms too small for a longer stay.
Neighbourhood Close to metro, velib stations and Gare de l'Est/Gare du Nord Friendly and helpfull personel
Very, very small room Noise from the other rooms and the recreation area
WIfi signal is strong even on 4th floor, staff is friendly and very helpful, good bed, spotless and new bathroom ...
elevator doesn't do justice to the hotel, small room but this is Paris !!
I Loved the shower!! Just great. Bathroom, bedroom small but adequate. Loved talking with 2 managers. They were just interested and interesting people. The dinners at Atmosphere down the street were amazing and reasonably priced. Fascinating people around. Restaurant was next to park, river and bridge. Picturesque
Thought the breakfast at hotel was overpriced and didn't eat there. There were other better places nearby. About a 4 block hike to the subway but not bad.
Everything would be positive with this hotel if…. The members of the staff are kind and ready to help. The rooms are small as always in France, but clean and well furnished. Everything is nice. There is a kettle and coffee and tea available in the room, together with small complimentary biscuits. The location is quiet and close to the metro, there are two supermarkets only few steps away.
The Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all and it seems it’s not a temporary problems. During my stay practically all the other guests complained for that and the receptionist admitted there was a regular problem and no way to fix it. The signal exists, but it’s so unstable and weak that it makes the whole matter even more frustrating.
Comfortable, clean and good staff!! Thank you
The hotel is situated in the 10th district, which is a convenient location to reach many right bank attractions on foot. If too tied, you can always use metro as well, which has a station very close (2-3 min) to the hotel. There are grocery shops and cafes close to the hotel (but in Paris you will find them on every step, I guess). The room is small, but convenient and very clean. Internet was working well. We used breakfast all 4 days of our stay, as we found it a fair offering. You can get coffee and juice, croissants and french bread, cheese, jam, chocolate cream, as well as cereals and yogurts. What we have heard/read about other hotels, this is a good breakfast for 7 euros. It was pleasant to have a cattle and tea/coffee/cookies in the room. There are maps and other tourist information material available at the hotel. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Kyriad hotel as a good value for money!
Rather centrally located
Room too small, although a friend had the same rate but a good 40% more space! unlucky me!;-)
- The staff was very nice. - Wifi worked good - Window could open
- The room's door was literally in front of the elevator - Bathroom/Toilet was EXTREMELY small - The neighborhood was kind of sketchy to walk alone at night. - Housekeeping could do a bigger effort to keep the room clean...
decently clean and very comfortable bed, and also just 3 minutes walk to the Metro station.
very small room and tiny toilet
This hotel is conveniently located between the Gare du Nord and Paris's main attractions. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, the beds comfortable, and the price extremely reasonable. It was just what I wanted!
