location helpful staff specially (Ms. Marina) cleaning level kettle & hot drinks every day good air-condition
no big bed available very small room poor WiFi dinner show buffet very poor instead of money amount that we paid.
Centre of everything we wanted to do, supermarket close, metro close, very friendly staff who speak 6 languages- very helpful!
Staff were great location was easy to get around
Restraunt was over priced
Beds were fine, breakfast was fine, close to subway, directly across from supermarket.
Rooms are pretty small. Bathroom not equiped for tall people (2m). Nothing to do in the area after 11pm. Abysmal wi-fi signal, not really 2015.
Friendly helpful staff, good value clean and comfortable
Breakfast was ok but not great
Friendly and accommodating staff, good selection at breakfast, very clean room although a tad bit small but overall for the price paid for a Parisian hotel, I would say this was a fantastic bargain and I would not hesitate to stay here again. It is not located in the center but metro is just a few blocks away from the hotel and easily accessible to all the tourist attractions
Good reception staff and very helpful. Excellent English language skills.
Don't go to the restaurant, it doesn't worth it. The restaurant staff are not nice either.
Symaptic staff, Clean, Warm welcome by reception, Near metro station, Well organized.
There is no small fridge in the room.
Location was good, not too central but very normal. Cleaned well. Friendliest Staff i have ever met Free Luggage Storage Close to supermarkets
Nothing it was great for a three star hotel in Paris.
The staff was awesome and the food was amazing. The staff provided excellent professional advice on the best locations to shop and find attractions. They are multilinqual which was a plus and their knowledge of culture was surprising. Whenever I am in Paris, this is the only place I will stay. Thank you for an awesome experience.
The rooms was a bit small.
M wife and I stayed at this hotel 1 night for New Years and we were surprised it did not cost more then what we paid. It was the most modern and best hotel we stayed at in paris. Hotel looked new and had clean beds and bathroom, excellent showers, and even central air (hard to find in some hotels in downtown).
Not much to complain about honestly. Just for kicks if they threw in a free breakfast that would have topped it but if you can find a room here it is close to the metro and is an excellent price for Paris. Very modern hotel!
The staff was really friendly, the food was good and not expensive, the location was good.
The room was comfortable but a little too small.
Great staff and very close to the Metro. Also, parking (if available) is great, if you bring your car to Paris. The rooms are clean and mostly quiet. The bakery, next to the Metro Station Crime is worth a try.
The wifi should be quicker
Location was not nearby centrum, but metroconnection was good. On the site wrote that there is parking available. But the parking is so small that it was full.
The hotel is pretty, the staff speaks English very well, good infrastructure, warm shower, good TV
The location is a bit far from the centre, but has many commerce around. The room smelled cigarette smoke.
Great staff. Location offers a number of good local restaurants in the area. Great value for money.
Car park could be bigger as clients had to park in the front of other customer's vehicles, although keys were left in reception and we weren't delayed by this. Breakfast included no hot items except for toasts, pancakes, teas and coffee. No
No parking space, we had to park in a public facility about 2 km from te hotel Really bad beds!!
Best aspect of this hotel, first of all, was the reception staff. Very attentive and friendly! The location is also good: it's not in the center but there's a metro stop one block away, then 15 min. to the Louvre. Room is small but functional enough, it's got air conditioning (quite handy in summer), a nice bed. There's a grocery shop next door, reasonable breakfast, free Internet. Overall good value for money and I'd recommend this hotel.
The toiled smells... toilet. It doesn't seem to be a matter of cleanliness but there's this annoying smell... Internet is quite unstable, even for personal use it's disturbing (for business it would be impossible). Limited on-site parking without possibility of reservation.
This is the second time we have stayed here, the location, staff, rooms and food are all excellent. Looking forward to our next visit.
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Parking space!
Location could be better.
Location is very good, near the metro, near small supermarket, Boulangeries nearby.
Very small bathroom
Not far from metro station. They have a restaurant, feels clean and good. Several bistros and a Dia(supermarket)also near around it. Concierges are quite nice and room is clean.
I think my room was upgraded but it smelled so bad like someone just smoked in the room. So I asked to change, and the second one I got is quite limited. Understandable coz it's paris.
I thought this hotel was in a good location for metro travel..Breakfast and evening meals were good..what more can I say
Location was OK, near to Crimee Metro station Near to Hotel is lot of shoping place for food and clothes
In bathroom smell at pee every days Towel is worn out and was same for shower and hands.
