The location was good for an early airport departure. The room was very small, very basic with poor lighting. The toilet (wc) was more suitable for a young child than an adult, let alone a tall guy.

We had lived on Rue Feuillage about 1/2 km from the kyriad so we knew the area. It was convenient to the airport & we had a 0730 flight to CDG. Your staff was very professional & helpful. The room was quiet & the air conditioning was great. On this 15 day trip to France we had A?C in only 2 other hotels but would have liked it in others. Would have liked a refrigerator & Fox News.

chambre triple sans aucun espace de mouvement, on se marchait dessus ! chambre sans aucun charme chambre qui sentait la cigarette froide avec des mégots sur le rebord de la fenetre situé dans une zone d'activité

Petits points de détail, mais qui font désordre: la chasse d'eau de la salle de bain de la chambre 404 ne fonctionnait pas - a 21h30 le veilleur de nuit nous a faits passer dans la chambre voisine, mais, là, c'était la barre de la très minuscule penderie qui était cassée !!!! De plus : Si on ne demande pas une suite à ce prix là, on pourrait au moins y trouver deux chaises dans une chambre pour deux personnes !!!

Pour la deuxieme fois j'ai reserve au kiriad pour les etoiles de pau l'hotel est toujours aussi bien le personnel est charmant les chambres tres propres et confortables hotel a recommander.

Accueil très sympathique. Chambres peu spacieuses mais confortables (bonne literie). Nos chambres étaient communicantes grâce à deux portes que nous a ouvert la réceptionniste. Equipement très satisfaisant : salle de bain avec baignoire, et de quoi se faire une boisson chaude dans la chambre (bouilloire etc). Petit-déjeuner pas très original mais correct. Centre-ville de Pau facile d'accès, grand parking gratuit à 5- 10min de l'hôtel en voiture. Hôtel très difficile à trouver au cœur de la zone industrielle en périphérie de Pau, aucun panneau ne l'indiquant. Prévoir un gps !
