Hôtel Kyriad Paris Porte d'Orléans  

1) Just one member of the Staff was really friendly and helpful. quick with solving room problems which we faced during our trip. (We changed the room due to poor facilities conditions) 2) Location is very good (Close to the newly opened underground station). That was very importaint for us. 3) Very Budget friendly (Unfortunately it all lead to the problems you can see in our negative list. We expected some inconveniences, but we were planning more our honeymoon activities activities in Paris and didnt pay enough attention to choosing Hotel for our Honeymoon trip.

1) Staff in General ( excelt 1 guy) was very poor speaking english. 2) Was not helpful (when it comes to adovices or locations). 3) Payment problems. The problem is still on, We will have to contact local authoritues for help as the Hotel keeps silence. (No chance to get email of the only good guy of the staff who can listen to customers and who can speak good english).

The breakfast was a little bit above the usual poor Paris tourist level.

The room was very small and noisy. You can hear everything very clearly from the neighbor room. The parking facilities are across the street within an underground car park. Every time you want to enter or leave the car park you have to go to the hotel reception first, ask for a radio hand transmitter, move in or out your car, return the transmitter to the desk and then continue your drive.

Location was good, near the metro and our friends. Montrouge was good with a good bakery and other shops nearby.

Night staff were very poor and rude- eating toast whilst holding conversation. Invoices inaccurate with extras added and more than we were expecting to pay. Lift broken for 1 day & our room on 5th floor. No soap provided in bathroom until pointed out to staff.

Cheap stay near Porte d'Orleans. Breakfast not too bad but at 8.50euros, pricey for less than 2 Star hotel.

Lack of air-conditioning or even a fan on hot days to cool very small room. Could not close window as handle was absent (even if we wanted to cut out road noise). Bed was propped up by pieces of wood which I kept hitting when moving in the 7x9 double room!!

Its a good hotel just for sleeping. Room was very smal

Way too noisy! Doors slam all night (that's the only way to shut them!). Whenever the elevator is being used, it makes a huge noise throughout the hôtel and wakes you up...for the price, it's better to go somewhere else. Definitely not worth it!

Rénovation URGENTE nécessaire. Hotel vraiment vieux et très loin des standards actuels pour un 2 étoiles. Je déconseille fortement cet hotel.

L'ouverture de la porte de la chambre est difficile. Manque d'éclairage dans la chambre.

La sympathie et la disponibilité du personnel. L'équipement et la propreté de la chambre : couette douillette, TV au pied du lit. Petit déjeuner où rien ne manque pour un prix très correct.
