Very conveniently located to A9 highway Since the hotel's focus is on business customers, not tourists, getting assistance with things like churches and services times and restaurants was challenging at best and very frustrating at worst. |

The staff were friendly and particularly amenable. They produced a meal for a guest after the kitchen was closed, without fuss and they offered me coffee when I went down too late for breakfast. The staff created a warm and inviting environment is the hotel. It's situation. |

Checking in and out was very fast. Good level of English. When checking in they explain a little bit about the TV etc etc. very good! Service in the restaurant was a little slow, maybe I was in a hurry... |

A relaxing place to stay and the electrical black out shutter made a lie in easier. The liesure facilities were a pleasant suprise as they were better than expected. Further from town and beaches than descibed on the website. The airport transfer stopped at 18.00 and did not run at all over the weekend, very disapointing. Bus route 16 is close by however the tram services was further then expected |

Hotel neuf très confortable et design. Wifi et accès SPA gratuit. Parking souterrain pratique. Sur 4 chambres réservées, 3 chambres ont eu quelques soucis: une sans chauffage, l'autre sans électricité au miroir de la SDB et la 3° le ménage était douteux. |

Angenehmes Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz, sehr sauber, auch das Bad. Das Zimmer hatte eine Mini-Bar und einen Wasserkocher mit 2x Instant- Kaffee bzw. Tee. Die Lage des Hotel ist am südlichen Rand der Stadt, genau zwischen der Autobahn und einer Eisenbahnstrecke, die war mitunter schon recht laut, mit offenem Fenster kann man nur bedingt schlafen. Offenbar schlechte interne Absprache der Mitarbeiter - ich kam 2 Uhr in der Nacht an, hatte das online in die Reservierung geschrieben und sogar 5 Tage vorher angerufen und das mitgeteilt. Offenbar hatte der am Telefon sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter das nicht weitergegeben. Ging aber auch so problemlos. |

Accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Hotel très calme, à l' abri des bruits de la ville et doté d' un restaurant d' un rapport qualité prix tout simplement excellent. Je le recommande vraiment. Juste l' absence de lit d' appoint pour ma fille (8ans). |

Tout etait ok sauf les chambres qui sentaient le tabac!!(toutes +ou-) demande d'installation de detecteur de fumée. + le tgv passe tres pres et 1 cote est bruillant !! à mieux insonorisé face au train... Tabac et train..(.cf + haut) |

Le design de la chambre et son confort - dommage d'avoir un hôtel de ce standing à cet emplacement! Hôtel au milieu de routes, une exposition très forte au bruit du fait d'une ligne féroviaire à côté (environ 50 m) d'où un bruit très fort à 5h du matin (!), des suppléments à chaque fois pour pdj ou dîner en chambre. |
