Location was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.Bedroom was clean and comfortable.
No running machine in the small fitness area.
water, coffee and tea in room are complimentary. Parking of hotel is useful
a room on the side of the town can be a bit noisy, due to traffic
Excellent hotel reception staff excellent very clean good location near boat to toulon
No good restaurants within walking distance of hotel restaurant in hotel very poor menus limited staff have take it or leave it attitude
the hotel room was well furnished and very modern. The bathroom and room were very clean, with a separate toilet. Toiletries were of good quality and plentiful. Our room had a balcony and a great view of the marina which we greatly enjoyed after a busy day sightseeing. There was a small refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities.
the bar/ restaurant staff were very inattentive and the hotel offered a very small selection of wine , 3 choices of red, white and rosé , some of which they did not have which would have been nice to know before we took the time to select. The evening menu was also very limited, pizza and pasta and a few very ordinary desserts. The pizzas were very small and the apple crumble appeared to be purchased as the metallic seal was still around the top of the bowl. It was just like baby apples with rice flour on the top and microwaved. When we arrived at the hotel we were hungry, so we asked the lady at reception if we could eat in the dining room, she said no it was only open for dinner and so she recommended a cafe across the main road which was quite busy. After negotiating the traffic we discovered that the cafe was closed as were several of the others. I would have expected the hotel to at least know this type of thing. The waiting staff were often too preoccupied between themselves to take orders and when reminded they then returned with the food/ drinks. When we checked in , my husband and I went up to our room and while checking our banking details realised that the hotel had already charged our credit card with the full amount for our 3 day stay. He rang the front desk , to be told that the charge is only a precaution and it was not actually a charge to our card. Well the bank thought it was a hare as it appeared as a debt from our account. When we checked out we paid the bill with the dinner charge and pointed out that the charge was doubled up and we would like a refund, and the reception said no this is only a holding charge noa real charge . On showing the receptionist the bank debt details on out smartphone she said, This has never happened before. We found that very hard to believe. We took the details of the staff member and said that if the money was not credited back we would return on Tuesday and heads would roll.
Staff at breakfast and bar very inattentive and unpolite Wifi Internet almost unusable slow and instable
We love everything: the location, the facilities, the friendliness of the staff...and the breakfast as well!
Everything was perfect
everything was perfect
Views of the harbour, having a safe and a fridge in the room. Air-conditioning was quiet and effective.
No restaurant, just bar snacks. No restaurants open in La Seyne on Sunday, and only 1 on Monday. Hotel is next to the main coast road and is very noisy, especially on the balcony. No wardrobe or room for clothes, even though the room was large. Toiletries were not replenished. Breakfast is pretty good, but overpriced at 14€. Dirty carpets in public areas, marks on the celling and walls in the room, chipped furniture.
Good quality hotel, balcony with Harbour view. Comfortable room.
Disappointing tourist destination. We expected beaches instead were on a working port. Not the hotel's fault. Restaurant food selection average, service average
I liked the reception staff who were excellent and very friendly. The rooms were spacious very clean and modern. I didn't eat in the hotel but both french restaurants over the road are very good. I also liked that the car was securely parked even at €8 per day. Good location for wine region and well away from the very horrible Bandol.
The bar did not close until late and guests were allowed around the pool until it closed. Therefore anybody outside still drinking late was quite disturbing. I would close the pool area after 11-00am.
Good facilities such as tea making facilities. Good view from balcony.
The hotel was not near any good eating places or bars
Restaurant very poor staff in restaurant have take it or leave it attitude poor menus for 4 star hotel carpets grubby at lifts but otherwise clean
hotel and rooms look nice
1. the area is basically dead form the point of tourism 2. daily cleaning got to 5 pm in our room 3. 8 euro/day parking in a lot n hotel not cheap at all 4. wifi bad
• Location • Great room • Every room has a balcony • Every room has a tea kettle • Comfy bed • Very helpful staff • Swimming pool After staying in La Seyne sur Mer twice before and both times looking across at the Kyriad and wondering what it was like, we finally stayed. We were in a harbour-side room (sun in the afternoon), which was quiet. (I think the park-side rooms (sun in the morning) or the end rooms that overlook the pool are a little noisier.) The staff were great and we'll definitely stay again.
• Paying for parking • Wifi can be slow and finicky
2 balconies, one towards the park, the other one to the sea/mountains/port. The ONLY receptionist (Savine ?) who could give all informations correctly about the hotel, city and public transportation.
No wifi signal in my wonderful superier room, because it is too far away from the wifi coverage area !!! NOT all towels & bed sheets were clean & dry enough.
cleanliness gym + sauna pool location very friendly staff
no wifi signal in room 304, signal too weak
Comfortable room, good size balcony with pleasant view. Free car parking for two of our three night stay.
Lots of choice for breakfast but 12euros each was a bit expensive.
lovely hotel in lovely location
Value on smart deal was great. swimming pool and hotel location was good, beds were really comfortable, room spacious with nice balcony view to yacht harbor.
Wifi was poor, as everywhere in France, kept logging us out, so had to connect every time again. TV did not have music channels which is essential I believe to a hotel room. And price was flat for the room, if anything extra was needed, we had to pay, though breakfast was excellent with many options, but rather costly - 14 EUR/person. Would agree to pay for example 9 EUR for a bit less food.
It was a good hotel for a stay in La Seyne sur Mer, but there is not a lot to do in that town.
One night at the restaurant was alright but there is not enough variety there for a second dinner.
big clean modern rooms with safe, mini fridge and complimentary water, secured parking, lovely balcony and view, good breakfast buffet, reliable wifi (for france), free extended checkout, short walking distance to good restaurants
nothing comes to mind
Modern and clean. Friendly staff. Rooms well appointed. Very good value for money. Close to water taxi and good restaurants
Wish the hotel had a proper restaurant. It has light food available, but given that Seyne sur Mer is such a small place with limited bistros, it would be great to have a really super restaurant within the hotel. The staff currently direct guests to a couple of local bistros (one of which, 'Bistronomique' opposite the hotel, is excellent!)
Balconies, with sliding glass to keep off the sea breeze, and space for seating around a table in rooms and on balconies - these were a great plus. One of the most enjoyable places to stay. Quiet.
Cost of breakfast at 14 euros per head is very expensive.
The restaurant, lounge, and pool are top-notch. A great business destination because it's a peaceful, sea-side destination that is great to return to after a busy business day.
The gym is non-existent. I was amazed because everything else was top notch ... pool, restaurant, staff. A gym with a few tread mills and free weights would make this hotel the best in Toulon.
