Basic room but had everything for good nights sleep and nice shower - impressed that there was tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast room pleasant and nice choice of continental buffet. Was not sign posted very well and Satnav struggled - sent us round centre of Reims in circle! Once found the trading estate where hotel located, could have been sign posted better as bit of a maze. Be nice if was at least one english TV channel available! |

The secured parking and the firm bed mattress. Good breakfast - less savoury selection, though, compared to its competitor Campanile. Smoke free rooms and public areas - what a positive change for French hotels that often used to wreak of cigarette stench. Whilst seemingly clean, the bathroom walls were covered with hair - which indicated that perhaps the housekeeping staff used a dirty cloth to wipe the walls. We don't wish to blame the poor cleaning staff but we do question the quality control process by the hotel management. The shower curtain was unpleasantly old - maybe time to replace it. |

The large room was perfect for a family of 3. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful. The reception was hardly ever open. Some aspects of the room appeared run down - lights that didn't work, signs on drawers saying do not open, missing curtains over port-hole windows. |

Good secure carpark. Cheaper than the adjacent Campanile and equally as good. Door springs strong making them 'bang' when leaving the room, so early leavers made a bit of noise. |

Very quiet, good parking Very far from Reims (La Neuvilette is a small town 5 km away from Reims). When we are arrived the hotel was closed and the we had to ask to the hotel at side |

Prima overnachtingshotel. Het hotel ligt op een heel groot bedrijventerrein. Uitgaansgelegenheid is er niet, wel een enorme Cora supermarkt. De kamer was erg schoon en voorzien van een LCD tv, waterkoker, koffie- en thee sachets. Voor dit geld gewoon een prima overnachtingshotel. |

hotel central bien sirué pour aller en ville double vitrage donc pas de bruit venant de l'extérieur par contre trés bruyant à l'intérieur on entend tout dans le couloir ainsi que ce qui se passe dans la chambre voisine salle de douche wc trés bien et propre j'ai apprécié la possibilité de pouvoir me faire un café ou un thé dans la chambre avec la bouilloire électrique mal insonorisé à l'intérieur on entend tout d'une chambre à l'autre sinon la literie est trop dure devrait revoir la moquette qui est tachée c'est un hotel de ville, de passage |

Chambre propre et bien équipée, literie confortable, sanitaires propres. Tres bruyant, impression de ne pas avoir de cloisons, à la fois au niveau de l'utilisation des sanitaires, passage dans le couloir et volume de la télévision. Dommage ! a déconseillé si vous voulez une nuit paisible surtout chambres 1er étage. |

bij het ontbijt was het mogelijk sinaasappels te persen, bravo! ook is het hotel erg goed beveiligd, inclusief de parkeerplaats.tijdens ons verblijf was het erg rustig. |

accueil, personnel très aimable. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Agréablement surprise par la présence d'une douche à jet dans un hotel de cette catégorie. Petits déjeuner très corrects hotel un peu eloigné du centre ville à repérer +++ sur un plan avant de s'y rendre |
