Kyriad Rouen-Nord ~ Mont-St-Aignan  

Quiet in a park-like location on the heights of Rouen yet close to main road into the city with a regular and cheap bus into and out of the city centre. The adjacent Carrefour supermarket site allowed us to do our shopping and provided a convenient refuelling point for the car. We got a warm, friendly welcome in good English from the hard-working staff. The room, though small, had every convenience and was very comfortable and clean with the towels changed each day.We ate in the restaurant on two evenings and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and value of the meal. Breakfast was plentiful and good and worth the nine euros.

We wanted a relaxing beer when we arrived but had to wait until dinner was served at 19.00.

Its Cleanliness. Very Comfortable Bed. Its Restaurant. Helpful English Speaking Staff. Windows that could be opened fully. It made a great stop over point.

Excellent evening meals. Compliments to the chef. Great to have tea and coffee making facilities. Quiet location.

Location convenient for us; facilities predictable Kyriad standard. Restaurant good value.

Rooms a little small - particularly shower room. As usual, poor sound insulation.

Poor functioning of the shower and toilet (room 31), no guarded or closed carpark.

Lovely floor covering in our bedroom. Clean. Nice wide staircase. Lovely grassy area next to hotel where we could walk our dog

Couldn't find the hotel as the sat. Nav. Co-ordinates were wrong in the hotel details!

Food quality was good. Although on the edge of a more industrial area and a business traveller hotel, it was next to some grassland where children could play if they were supervised (a road at the far side)

Price of breakfast buffet at 9 Euro per person is pretty high - I assume that as it is a business hotel they assume that someone else is paying. The children's high chair was broken (but not dangerous) but made it easier for one child to try and climb out

Since our last stay at this hotel their policy on dogs has changed.

Het onthaal en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel waren zeker een pluspunt.Ook de netheid van de kamer oke.Dit is zeker één van de betere Kyriads die we al bezochten.

Het eten was lekker maar toevallig misschien,niertjes waren niet goed gekuist(vliezen binnenin) wel lekker klaargemaakt. Messen ontbraken tweemaal.

Relatief rustig gelegen. Het avondmaal. Het onthaal. Thee- en koffiefaciliteiten op de kamer.

Het juiste adres is niet terug te vinden op de website van het hotel. Dus, moeilijk te vinden, GPSproblemen. Ontbijt te beperkt voor de gevraagde prijs. Kamer vergelijkbaar met kleine kajuit van schip. Goed voor 1 nacht. Zondagmorgen activiteiten met winkelkarretjes op parking Carrefour naast het hotel.

Le personnel est disponible est souriant. Le détail est pense.

La literie un peu fatiguée l insonorisation un peu juste
