Good average 2 star hotel in good city centre location . Friendly and efficient staff. Beds very uncomfortable due to poor choice of pillows ( foam filled ) . This made it very difficult to get a good nights sleep

Location was ideal for restaurants and day trips around Loire valley Decor in family room was dated and room/bathroom could have been cleaner also a bit noisy. Car park was small and extremely tight entrance, not for the inexperienced driver.

Very nice hotel in a good central location. The hotel parking is a very cramped underground car park which is a nightmare to get in and out of in anything other than a small car.

The staff were very friendly. They despite being busy took the time to recommend so excellent restuarants. The rooms were well designed with a touch of luxury. There was a television, air conditioning, a hairdryer, flip flops to wear in the bath and best of all a kettle to make a drink in the room. Something that was not found in other hotels and a real necessity for a weary traveller and a early morning thirst. A lovely place to stay.

The breakfast was good. You can walk to the city centre exactly 2 minutes. The breakfast was €9 and the car park is €9 - but there is nowhere else to park so you are pretty much forced into it. However, if you have a big car - don't even think about it. The car park is far to small and narrow being under the old hotel and judging by the number of paint scrapes on the columns - lots lose their insurance no-claims bonus there. If you have only recently passed a driving test or don't like spending 5 minutes to park a car - go elsewhere. Finally the hotel is expensive for quality.

소무르 시내에 위치하고 있어서 걸어서 시내구경하기 좋았다. 호텔은 오래된 건물이라 좁긴 했지만 아늑하게 꾸며져 있었고 시트 등이 매우 깨끗했다. 직원이 영어를 잘하고 매우 친절했으며 주차도 도와주었다. 아침 부페도 가격대비 만족스러웠다. 시내 중심에 위치하고 오래된 건물이라 어쩔 수 없는 문제인 것 같긴 하지만 청소년 자녀 2명과 함께 사용하기에는 방이 작고 주차장 출입구 등이 너무 좁아서 드나들때 애로가 있었다. 직원에게 주차를 부탁하는 것이 현명할 듯.

La déco de cet établissement style "Hôtel de charme" est de très bon goût. Personnel accueillant, service de qualité et personnalisé en ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner (copieux et très complet) Etablissement à conseiller et qui donne envie d'y revenir. La penderie de la chambre est un peu étroite: c'est sincèrement le seul bémol dans le descriptif de cet agréable hôtel.

Inrichting romantisch met echt Franse sfeer, zeer vriendelijk en voorkomend, beschaafde en zorgzame, betrokken leiding. Ruime kamers, grote badkamer, liefdevolle inrichting en aankleding, verse bloemen, goed ontbijt, prettig publiek (geen luidruchtige, lompe Nederlanders). Ligging leuk, meteen aan centrum en winkelstraat (markt op zaterdag), vlakbij de Loire.Parkeergarage (€ 9) erg krap, heel spannend om in- en uit te rijden... maar naast het hotel ligt ook een openbare parkeerplaats.
