The worst of the 6 hotels booked through you. The young male behind the reception desk was arrogant and rude. During the prescribed breakfast time staff were setting up tables and clashing glasses around. The Manager was advised of our concerns. |

Proximity to local facilities We had a non- smoking room but the pillows smelt of smoke. The adjoining room for our son had no light - even though there were 2 light switches - there was also no door handle his side of the door. I slipped in the bath and bruised my leg as there was no slip mat. Mould on bath |

The hotel provided what I would expect from a budget hotel in a retail zone of a busy city. Kyriad breakfasts provide better value for money and more choice than other more expensive hotles we stayed in. It was an overnight stop not far from the tunnel on the way further south. |

A very helpful staff and really excellent breakfast made the brief stay a delight. It is very hard to find, particularly if approached from Amiens itself. |

The hotel is located about 10km from the city center of Amiens and just a few meters away from a shoping area. The breakfast was very good ! Hotel staff was also very friendly (also speaking English). Secure parking, gate closing at 8pm but you're given a pin code for it to open. Might need some fresh paint here and there, other than that good value for money. |

Good value for money, (through Booking.com at least). Quite acceptable for a one-night stay or stop-over. Not all that clean, room & especially bathroom very cramped. Furniture has seen better days. But good hard bed. |

The hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable and good value. The website directions to the hotel were very poor. It took me 30 minutes to find the hotel. Also, the hotel had run out of local maps so, when I went into the centre of Amiens, it took another 30 minutes to find my way back to the hotel, through the various one-way systems! |

We were not advised that the room would have an adjoining door to another room and it was not good.I asked to change but was advised it was full. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but only stayed one as it was not nice hearing every noise from next door and not knowing if someone was going to come in through the adjoining door. Didn't sleep well.The bed was very uncomfortable. |

Calme , malgré proximité du périphérique .Parking privé . Restauration tout-à-fait convenable le soir . Tres bien pour séjour court et utilitaire . La rédaction de ma note de frais étant incorrecte , et admise comme telle par le préposé , n'a pu être recommencée , mais seulement annotée , avec imprécisions . Avec dix personnes attendant derrière moi pour régler leur note, inconvenant de discuter !! |
