The hotel had everything that we were expecting, although as we were on the 3rd floor (attic) the sloping ceilings made it difficult to stand up if you were ocer 6ft |

Very close to exit of motorway A10 - so not necessary to search the Kyriad hotel at night or when dark. - Friendly welcome even at 23.00 h at night. Wireless even if there did not work properly. |

Quite easy to find off the a20, man on reception was helpful enough in giving us directions to find something to eat as the on site restaurant was closed. Bathroom was nice. Room was dimly lit, and smelled as though someone had been smoking in there even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The fold up table in the room was hanging off the wall as if someone had sat on it, surprised the cleaners did not notice this. Restaurant was closed so we had to go out to get something to eat, not what we wanted after a whole day driving. Not too impressed with other guests slamming doors and making lots of noise at around 1:30am, though this isn't the hotel's fault! There is tv but there but couldn't find one english speaking channel (I would expect mostly french channels but might have expected sky news or similar). We were glad to get on our way. |

The staff were curt and unhelpful. A cot was requested and shown on booking confirmation but the staff denied all knowledge. We could not get a drink on the terrace - we were told it was only for meals but it was nearly empty at five thirty. |

Easy access from the motorway and convenient for a stop over. Room was clean. Bed was the most uncomfortable ever. Tea making facility consisted of one sachet of coffee for two of us? Restaurant closed at 21.10 not 21.30 as advertised. Nothing else nearby. Although warm the window had to stay closed as noise from motorway and post depot behind. Have cancelled return stay. |

Pleasant helpful staff, efficiently run hotel, just what we needed after a long drive from the South. The meals were very flexible, well presented and good value. I'd stay again - particularly pleased with the tea and coffee making facilities. the fact that the air con isn't finishd yet! |

We stayed in this hotel for one night on our trip to Spain. We arrived late but we were friendly welcomed and could still order some drinks. Breakfast was very nice : large variety of fresh foods and drinks. Proper rooms with own bathroom and pleasant shower. Its a bargain for what you get. We definitely prefer this above Formula 1 hotels. nothing to complain |

Accueil très satisfaisant, chambre très propre ainsi que très agréable. Rapport qualité prix excelent. Télévision dans la chambre avec choix de chaine particulièrement appréciable. Connexion wifi gratuite. Souci du détail. Petit déjeuner un peu cher. |

De royale mogelijkheid van in- en uitchecken waarvoor personeel aanwezig is. Het toestaan van het mee kunnen nemen van een huisdier. Het gesloten zijn van het restaurant in de avonden van het weekend. Alternatieven zijn in de directe omgeving van het hotel niet voorhanden. |

El hotel es confortable y con un precio aceptable. Bien comunicado si viajas en coche, facil aparcamiento y con wifi. La comida no nos gustó demasiado (poca variedad y un precio un tanto elevado) |
