Good front staff, very efficient and friendly , easy to find,well signposted a modern hotel business like feel. reasonable value food but not gourmet . A upmarket and more personalised Travel Lodge . Ideal for one night Bit of an out off town retail park feel to the location, The style of the hotel and resurant is very formulaic package type approach .They were quite slow to clean my room even after being asked when i first got there (finally cleaned about 4pm) . Really a lower end business hotel ,perfectly good for a one night stay for the airport or a Bergerac visit but not for a holiday |

breakfast was added to bill for both days we did not have,also we had dinner and my steak was inedible tough lady apologised and said she would give us wine complimentry but it was added to bill when i questioned it older lady at reception said she did not beleive me and was upset that i had said bill was wrong also they charged us for two coffees not one...check your bill carefully when you leave otherwise hotel was ok .would have like to be able to borrow iron |

Most impressed with the friendly and helpful staff . For a "budget" hotel the food and service were excellent , and along with a pool and wi-fi connection I would recommend this as a base to tour this beautiful area ! |

Road access is easy, hotel conveniently situated close to Bergerac and Dordogne sightseeing. Breakfast and dinner available, if required. Swimming pool was a welcome extra. No fridge in room; drinks machine not working. Air con not working on arrival - fixed next day. |

Our one night stop over at the Kyriad was very good - with a very enjoyable meal in the evening. Staff were pleasent and helpful although little english was spoken (Personally this is not a problem and justs added to the holiday as we struggled to make ourselves understood in broken french!). The room was basic but clean and the kids enjoyed the novelty of bunk beds. The breakfast buffet was also excellent and good value. Overall a good experience. Bedroom and bathroom would benefit from some updating. I probably would not recommend this hotel for a long stay (I.e. more than two or three nights) as the rooms are very basic - but fine for an overnight or a long weekend. |

Convenient location close to Bergerac airport We had booked 2 rooms and specifically asked for non smoking due to childrens medical needs - when we arrived one of the two rooms absolutely stank of cigar smoke - we asked for an alternative room but none was available they simply sprayed air freshener which actually made the situation worse - we ended up vacating that room and jamming 5 of us into one room which I am sure was against health and safety but there was no option - don't use this hotel is you need a guarantee of non smoking rooms |

Broken slat on upper bunk. Broken lamp, with sharp glass directly above child's head on lower bunk. Wrong size mattress on lower bunk - too small for bed (small child could slip down side). Uncomfortable mattresses. Lamps above beds in wrong place (directly central above pillow) due to design originally for less than 4 beds. Mildew (lots of it) in grout around bath/shower. Only 3 bath towels when 4 occupants. No space - very cramped for 4 occupants - had to move around sideways. Bad smell. Stains on carpet. Breakfast expensive for what was available. Noise heard from nearby disco/bar until very late. Generally very noisey hotel - very think walls. |

Clean and functional room, friendly staff and good facilities. The restaurant had a varied menu and was excellent value. Easy to find with secure parking and a nice swiming pool. Definitely would use this hotel or other Kyriad's again. |

Attitude and response of staff very good. Varied menu and quality of food good. It's restaurant is the hotel's strongest point. Cramped space, in bedrooms, and lack of lounge/bar areas to sit. We visited out of season. In the summer, with the pool in use, the hotel would be very cramped for space. Quality of beds poor. |

Personnel très disponible, notamment à l'accueil à 02h00 du matin, après 6h00 de route ! Un bâtiment accueillant, loin du look "entrepot amélioré" des autres chaines d'hotels. |
