Convenient for our needs being close to my mother's residence The hotel room walls were too thin and noise from other residents was intrusive. Also the noise from the local discotheque (heavy music thumping) was also intrusive at very early hours of the night (2-3am)

Kyriad Bergerac suited our budget, with good showers, clean rooms, facilities for tea and coffee-making in our rooms, and hospitable staff willing to help out with the poor public transport available in Bergerac (only taxis with solo company monopoly) by offering their own transport into town or nearby chateau. Separate rooms for parents and older children, with adjoining door so we could communicate as a family. Large TV in rooms, evening meals available at the hotel. Quiet location. the distance from centre of Bergerac

The staff at the Kyriad are excellent. Very helpful and friendly. The pool is a great asset and it is nice to be able to sit outside. Car parking is good - very easy. The menu is very limited and hasn't really changed since I visited last year. Although I like the Kyriad and it is very convenient for my journey, it is, I think beginning to show some wear !!! The lighting on the stairs is very poor, there is no lift to the first floor and the sealant round the bath has come away and looks dirty. The worst thing is that there was no hot water in the evening and none when I needed to shower in the morning. Having said that I would stay again.

Good location, easy journey to airport and Bergerac old town, Friendly staff, good facilities and nice swimming pool, very clean room and reasonable price, groundfloor rooms are very convenient with the car park closeby. It was so good that we came back for another two days.

A very reasonable price. Hotel was convenient for travel and is ideal for family use as it is situated on a leisure park which has an excellent ten pin bowling alley and a laser tag game centre.Hotel is basic but clean and tidy with helpful staff. The pool is small but clean and the restaurant is reasonably priced and suited our family well.

The hotel is small and in a commercial area on the outskirts of Bergerac. It has an intimate feel and seems to be well used. The swimming pool in front of bar area is a nice feature and is reasonable despite being next to the car parking area. Stayed at this hotel last year and the excellent staff gave the stay a 'lift' and I recommended the hotel. This year the hotel seems 'tired'. The bedroom had large stains on the carpet, staff appeared to have changed (for the worse). The restaurant is ok but waiter mopping sweaty brow with hand and then serving food did not look good. Would not now recommend hotel as it needs a good 'going over' in all respects.

The pool, although small was great and a welcome refuge from the heat. The rooms were fairly basic but clean and pleasant. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made the stay a pleasant one. It was a shame that the cleanliness of the corridors and stairways did not match up to the rest of the hotel - there were also some mechanical problems with the doors suggesting inadequate maintenance. The rooms and the dining area were clean but the corridors and stairs were not. The door knob came off our door and the other room had problems with the door - firstly we couldn't open the door then we couldnt close it.

Hotel staff correct. Just inacceptable. Carpets were very dirty, cleanliness is an adjectif unknown for this hotel. We booked five nights and we left on the first morning.

Excellent room for the disabled, since we have a wheelchair, excellent service and meals.It was convenient to drive into the city from the hotel. I can recommend this hotel.

Peace and quiet. Staff friendly and very helpfull. We didnt drive so it was a bit of a pain to get a taxi. Our problem not the hotel and they were very happy to phone a taxi. The owner even took us in her own car into the town.

I stay at various Kyriads in France and this was the most comfortable and friendly one I have ever stayed at. A lovely restaurant with a large menu suitable for all tastes with a lot of local cuisine. Rooms were large and very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Nice decor with plenty of facilities including a pool, though not usable in the snow we had while we were there. thanks Kyriad Bergerac.
