Great location, fair price

Give us a room at 3rd floor which has not been cleaned yet in the first place. Then swith a room at 5th floor for us instead. Recommand the room in 5th floor. Cause the tube in the room at 3rd floor looked old and a little bit sordid. Close to high way, pretty noisy sometimes, cannot have a nice rest.

Central location, rooms clean but a little small. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not noisy or dodgy considering it's location near the railway station and motorway overpass. Very good wireless Internet connection in the rooms.

No bar! The rooms booked were called double, but one was a single and the other was a 1.5 x single. Neither room would have been big enough for two people.

Staff very helpful. Location very good, beside tram line bus stops and close to the train station, made traveling around very easy for a first time visitor to Nice Room basic but very clean as was the hotel itself.

I have no complaint. Everything was great!

There is no parking at this hotel. You have to park at the public carpark at the railway station nearby . Beware that if you don't get the reception at the hotel to stamp your parking ticket, you will be charged almost double!! Instead of 8 Euro it cost us 15 Euro. The area around the railway station is a little.....unsavoury. Good hotel if you don't want to pay the high prices close to the water.

The hotel has an excellent location just next to the train station and the main shopping street. The beach is also just 10-15 min walk away. The rooms were very clean, but a little bit small.

You can hear people walk in the corridor. It is not a double bed, but 2 beds put together so we needed to sleep on each side to sleep comfortable (we were upgraded to a triple room).The staff was not very good in English.

No mini fridge in room No cups for tea and coffe, only plastic cups. Asked the reception staff for some ice and was told they dont have any!!!!!Asked for double bed and got twins.

Rooms are not big and are a little minimalist - no shelf in the bathroom or shower, but are clean and comfortable

Proximity to Gare Nice. Unfortunately, the room faced the sncf trackage at the throat of the station. Trains arriving and leaving make a lot of noise going over switches. The solution is to remodel the hotel with soundproof windows.
