Room needs renovation, No busines center, bed is not confortable,if you compare to other hotels in Le Havre
parking is usually easy and we can often get into our room well before the official time. This is a great help as we can set the heating to our liking.
Because they have limited staff at breakfast at weekends they sometimes run out of things and you either have to ask or make do with a reduced choice
Friendly, helpful staff; a good evening meal in the restaurant. Our room was excellent and, being on the third floor (yes, there is a lift!) was very quiet, with a spectacular view of Le Havre all lit up. The hotel was well placed for our onward journey on the D6015.
The hotel was very hard to find, in the dark, in a strange city. Maybe this was our fault; but we saw only one sign after we had left the ferry. Once we were able to tell people it was next door to Mc Donald's everyone knew where it was....! We thought the breakfast was expensive.
The hotel is getting a bit dated and requires maintenance. The food was poor.
There is a bar and a restaurant in the hotel. Parking free.
Close to the port so convenient to stay at after arriving, or before leaving Le Havre
Nothing really, only stayed overnight
Room,restaurant evening meal.
Noisy room near trains. Breakfast not the best for the price
The restaurant and food was superb!
Other noisy guests and local fast noisy cars, most of the night!
Lots of noise from outside. Stressy staff. Bad breakfast.
Excellent breakfast, super en-suite facilties.
Wifi was very poor
Every thing about this hotel was good it was our first time in Le Havre it will not be our last many thanks
Restaurant was good and the breakfast excellent
The room was over hot and had no way of reducing this overnight
Very peasant and convenient hotel for catching the ferry home. Good food in restaurant.
Bed uncomfortable and noisy local traffic.
We have got into our room early before but this time it seemed automatic. Was this because this time I was able to put our arrival time, 8.00 to 9.00 am on your booking form?
our reviews must have made it too popular and breakfast was a bit of a squeeze
Location Car parking Friendly staff Shower
Small room Difficult to access when coming from opposite direction.
Very near shopping centre with many restaurants - very kind and helpful staff, clean and modern room.
Good for overnight stay.
Noisy freeway. Warm room and could not open window because of freeway. Breakfast was minimal for price.
The women at the front desk was fabulous and tried very hard to help us. It was a busy time and I appreciate her efforts but she shouldn't have been alone on such a busy weekend. Dinner in the restaurant was good.
The room was hot, not very comfortable and had no air conditioning. We had the window open but you could hear train and traffic noise all night.
Room carpet not clean
It was only a short drive to the centre of town and easily accessible from the motorway.
The food dished up for dinner on Saturday evening was not satisfactory. There appeared to be too much use of the microwave to reheat pre-prepared meals. We had been travelling in France for almost 3 weeks and that meal was by far the poorest standard.
Convenient location. Free parking. Clean comfortable accommodation.
Noise from the railway line our room overlooked.
Fairly convenient location about 5 minutes walk from bus and railway stations. Very comfortable room in which everything worked except that the shower head was a bit damaged. I particularly liked having tea/coffee making facilities, though a sachet of hot chocolate would be nice.
The setting of the hotel is not attractive. I found it annoying that the W.C. was very cramped although the shower area was extremely generous: more thoughtful design could have avoided this without making the area of the whole bathroom any larger.
We like the ease of free parking and the fact that it is not unreasonable to walk to La Gare to pick up the new tramway. If the grandchildren come to visit there is a MacDonald's next door. Convenient for Le Docx shops and restaurants on the other side of the basin
while there is plenty of parking it can sometimes be hogged by the takeaway customers. Unusually one receptionist seemed a little standoffish.
