Car parking spaces very tight

Excellent location next to metro Henon. small rooms, simple breakfast. Recommended for solo travellers 1-2 nights.

staff has to improve their knowledge of English, hard to communicate, the breakfast was not included in the price.

Very friendly and nice place

The staff was very kind and courteous, welcoming my friend and me immediately. The hotel, though a 30 minute walk from the actual city center, was right next to the metro stop just in case one didn't feel like walking. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. There is a Monoprix close by, and I was able to leave my luggage there after check-out.

Not within easy walking distance from Vieux Lyon or the city center.

The hotel was close to the underground so the connection to the city centre was great. The room was clean and quiet. There was no heating so we could use an airconditioner. It was warm enough though. You can buy breakfast but it´s good to buy something in the bakery or shop (just next to the hotel) as there is a kettle in the room (they provide you with some coffee, tea and sugar).

The breakfast, poor quality

It location close to Henon metro station was a plus in traveling around Lyon by public transportation. Was there for Bocuse d'Or 2013 and just paid €2.50 for a tcl pass that allowed transport for the whole day. The room was tidied up each day and a small bottle of water replaced foc.

The very small size of the room and toilet although we only spent time sleeping the nights there and was out early each morning.

Great hotel chain, friendly staff, close to shops and most importantly cheap!

it is located near the metro station so it was easy to get city center. It was very good , if we think price of this hotel.

-The cleaning lady cleans too early, like 930am. She knocked and just opened the door immediately without waiting for our reply of ok.

Good atmosphere, great staff, lovely comfortable room in a great location. And cheap, very secure convenient parking. important with a car full of good stuff en route to the Alps.What else can I say?

I like the hotel and its location close to the Croix Rousse. I stayed there several times in the recent past.

The breakfast buffet was not worth the price. Around 8:30 am there was little food left, the scrambled eggs - quite uninspiring - were cold, few cold cuts left, and there was no staff to keep an eye on things. Overall, this time, I don't think the hotel was worth the price I paid.

Friendly and Professional staff.

The narrow labyrinth underground parking. I can't believe I didn't scrape the paint off my hired car. Also, there weren't enough space for everyone, so if you really need to park there you better return early. Otherwise, happy reversing through the narrow concrete maze

The staff was aleays nice and full of attention and the breakfast was amazing!

The bed was nice and firm. The room was clean. Nice big window in room .Had breakfast items for purchase and nice little dining room with windows.

The hotel is part of a big courtyard that is noisy and a certain times the noise travellers up to your window and is annoying,kids after school and babies crying. The stairs to the parking are mid evil and winding. Thank god the receptionist told us we could bring in our luggage from the street, then we parked below.we saw other people struggling with luggage and its was impossible in that tiny staircase. Last but not least, our 3:45am wake up call DIDN'T HAPPEN. I woke up at 1am and was worried about wether they would call us so we set our cell alarms.good thing we did. When we told the guy at the desk ,he didn't know what happened and didn't seem to care either. One subway ride to downtown.ant two different rides to catch the tour bus at the departure site.

Parking very secure. Rooms a good size. Unfortunately we had no time to see Lyon due to our tight schedule.

It would have been useful if the hotel had had a restaurant as we had been driving all day and were tired. However, they did offer a list of restaurants near by and we chose one of these.(Cuban) The food was excellent.
