Kyriad Hotel Orléans Sud - Olivet La Source  

the location was very good for me - about 15 min walk from the University of Orleans. I also found the room very clean (except for a huge spider I found in my bathroom, but honestly this can happen anywhere) and breakfast pretty good for the price (buffet with more than enough options for every preference). Cheap restaurants nearby. Easy access to the tram.

The neighbourhood was a little grim - no pavements, just huge out-of-town type of shops and parking lots. The rooms in the ground floor have a second door facing the garden/parking lot, and these doors are left open during morning hours by the maids (probably to let fresh air in). It didn't seem very safe to me, and I left no valuables in the room.

It was good value for money.

It was a bit run-down, needed re-decorating. Location was away from the main centre of Olivet .

Tea and the cofee in the room. Although the hotel located on the main road, you can hardly hear soomething, because the hotel is surrounded by trees.

Good hotel, simple, unassuming, location felt safe. Interiors of our room a bit dated, but that's just a niggle.

Convenient for a midjourney stopover. Room tired and dated but clean.

Shabby decor. Hotel needs to invest in redecoration. Drab paintwork and poor carpet in corridors and on stairs give a poor first impression.

The quality of the breakfast is good. Convenient overnight stop on way to south of France.

The corner of the desk juts out too far - it needs to have been a more rounded corner. This is more noticeable when there are three beds in the room and as its the corner of the desk next to the bathroom it does get in the way.

The hotel is conveniently located near to tramway station. The staff was very kind and helpful. My room and bathroom were clean, served breakfasts - tasty.

Le prix des petits déjeuners est exobitant par rapport à ce que les gens mange. Pour moi c'est une augumentation détournée du prix de la chambre.

Hotel tres confortable et au calme malgré la proximité des grands axes rn 20, les chambres sont tres soignées et le petit déjeuner est excellent, nous y reviendrons volontiers lors d'un prochain passage sur Orléans

Seul petit détail, le paiement de la chambre demandé à l'arrivée avec les petits déjeuners du lendemain, je ne suis pas habitué à celà dans les autres hotels Kyriad qui demandent le paiement en fin de séjour comme celà se pratique dans cette gamme d'hotels(d'autant plus que lors de la réservation on donne son numero de carte bancaire pour une réservation sérieuse)

La chambre double avec un lit suplémentaire (pour adulte trop petit!!) trop petite. C'etait une chambre communicante ou il ne devait y avoir personne et à 23h un couple est arrivé. Nous avions vraiment l'impression qu'ils étaient dans la chambre avec nous tellement les murs étaient fins. Pour avoir séjourné dans plusieurs kyriad il y a quelques années je trouve que la chaine a vraiment descendu de gamme.
