It was well-presented, with good facilities and helpful staff. Its location in the centre of Pau was also very convenient, as were the parking facilities. Air conditioning was effective but a little noisy for someone not used to it. |

Well located near center of Pau, Good gated parking, Room was clean, tidy and fairly large. It would be nice if the breakfast was included in the price. |

The location was very good for walking into town, just minutes from the shops and restaurants. The secure carpark was also a huge bonus as local parking was otherwise difficult. The coffee cups in the room were pathetic, very small plastic ones that warped when boiling water was put in to make tea/coffee. |

Well-located and well-run; good-sized room In-room lighting is not good at all: you either get the strong ceiling lamp or two tiny blue-neon(!) bedside lights. This needs to be addressed. |

The hotel was excellent in all respects. The room was the largest I had in the nine places I stayed in France. The staff was friendly and fluent in English. There is ample parking inside the gate. Easy access to shopping, food, the chateau. Overnight laundry service, but I used the laundromat around the corner. Wifi was straight forward and easy to use. The neighborhood seemed a little seedy. |

Very easy to walk to the town centre and old town. Excellent provision for parking The streets around the hotel get a bit rough in the evenings (down and outs, clubs) so not very nice to walk past. |
