The friendliness of the staff, the quality and variety of the dinner buffet, the spacious parking, the spacious room. There are not enough signposts to the hotel. It is not clear how to reach the parking lot easily. |

Everything was absolutely wonderful from the minute we arrived until the moment we left, The staff are very courteous and helpful, food was divine, rooms were extremely comfortable, We stayed on route to and from Portugal and both occasions were very impressed, would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone either passing through or staying within the Bordeaux region. |

Very clean, helpful staff, good facilities. The hotel is located not far from the Bordeaux airport, however it has peace and quiet. Nice restaurant both for breakfast and dinner. The room had air conditioning, but smelled stale, so I had to switch it off and open window when we were inside. The window had a broken lock. There was little storage for clothing and we ended up hanging ours on the chairs. |

Room comfortable for 4 of us. Children liked the pool a lot . Food was a lot better than anticipated as the menu looked quite off-putting. 10 Euro fee for TV! On principle I did not pay, although my children would have liked to watch some TV. Some shade at poolside would be good. |

Very easy to find and conveniently located for motorway. Staff very pleasant and willing to assist with anything. Very good choice and quality of food. Nice ambience in restaurant. Good secure parking. Very welcoming hotel. Very comfortable and clean room and very spacious. |

Spacious, tastefully furnished room. The shower needs a hand-rail to prevent slipping on the wet tiles when getting out of the shower. |

La taille de la chambre,l'écran plat de TV,l'accueil et le professionalisme du personnel,la situation de l'hôtel qui permet de circuler facilement en évitant les embouteillages de Bordeaux,les petits déjeuners copieux avec un choix étonnant de confitures et de miels d'excellente qualité, les diners corrects, le calme. Le mobilier spartiate: pas de placards on pend ses vêtements dans la chambre.Dans la salle de bains aussi pas de possibilité de pendre ses v6etements, pas de rideau de douche donc on inonde tout et cela devient très glissant.Donc c'est le genre d'hôtel où on est content de ne passer qu'une nuit. |

Que nos llevaran el desayuno a la habitación, el buffet y la tranquilidad. Limpio y bonito por dentro. El lugar donde está situado (polígono industrial). La piscina es pequeña y alrededor de ella habían hojas y suciedad de días sin barrer, las sillas y mesas un poco descuidadas. |

Nous allions dans d'autres hotels sur la cub de Bordeaux, jamais nous n'avions trouve un accueil aussi agreable et prevenant qu'au kyriadde Merignac ce que nous dit en les remerciant au personnel en partant. D'ici 15 jours nous retournons sur Bordeaux et reserverons a cet hotel. |
