The restaurant was very poor

We needed an hotel near merignac airport, to stay 1 night after a 6 day trip throughout the southwest of France. It was our last night in France and we made a very late check in and on the next day a very early check out. Nevertheless, is was possible to feel the care given to us by hotel staff to use the free wireless internet, and to check the great higienic conditions. Would stay there again.

Sauna and proximity and bed

I hated the fact that it was a strictly no smoking hotel snd I was woken up 4 times during night and early morning with people smoking in the room next to us

Lovely friendly staff much nicer than the staff we met at the first hotel we stayed in. The hotel itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Friendly staff, good size rooms and facilities, and very convenient for travelling in/out of Bordeaux airport

Pool could have been bigger and unfortunately the gymnasium was not open

Total concept for us on our way home from Portugal to The Netherlands

Fresh cut fruit in the morning was not really tasty and more cold than fresh.....

Some of the reception staff were friendly. It is convenient for the airport.

This is billed as a 4 star hotel but it definitely is not. It was much more expensive than other hotels near the airport but we thought it would be worth it. We were wrong. The photographs make it look an awful lot nicer than it is. We booked this hotel because it had a gym but it does not and that is misrepresentation. Some of the reception staff were very unfriendly to my 12 year old daughter. The family room we had, the children's beds were up on a platform, which was fine, except it was like a furnace up there and the aircon did not reach there.

The restuarant was really nice. Service was excellent and the staff were extremely curtious.

good location and restaurant with buffet menu

For us the location was everything and in this case we were travelling from north France down to south west and for this reason the hotel was ideally located just off the motorway.

Though the location for us was ideal, This Location had nothing else to offer as it was in quite and industrial/ ware house type of area. That was an impression made without actually exploring the area on foot.!

Warm welcome, good size room, excellent dining staff and good food.

Quite diggicult to find in the car straight from the airport

The rooms, restaurant, lobby, hallways of the Kyriad are all spotlessly clean. The room was a very nice size - not cramped for space like many hotels in Europe can sometimes be. The buffet in the restaurant offered a good variety of options to choose from and the food was good tasting. The staff speak English and were very helpful.

The only thing we did not like was the bedspread comforter. A standard in many European hotels, these feel great when you first get into bed. Later in the night they become too warm and there is no blanket as a second option. If you have the air conditioner on, this means you either are too cold or too hot.

Rien Buffet bien assorti

Les prestations des chambres - douche exigue, propreté, WC avec difficulté de se mouvoir, etc.. Absolument pas la qualité d'un hotel 4 étoiles.
