The proximity of the hotel to the train station and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Poor bathroom door. Sometimes it was hard opening the bathroom door. Bed comfort could have been better. |

It was clean and very quiet. Handy to the train and the bus. Breakfast was great. Strange bathtub. You need a safety bar for the tub and rubber mat. The drain cover is annoying - you can't get it out. And there was not a good reading lamp. |

We had a triple room which was a very good size and very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast one morning which was convenient but it was fairly expensive. |

This hotel provides all basic facilities for budget and business travellers. The week-end promotion offered us a bargain price. |

Friendly and helpful reception staff at a hotel conveniently located across from the railway station. Quite, modern, clean, comfortable and air conditioned. Only minor drawback is the awkward shaped bathroom door which means you can't sit quite straight whilst sitting on the toilet. Excellent value for money. |

Our hotel rooms were really nice, lovely big beds, bathrooms with baths, little balconies, nice paintings on the walls. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. |

The hotel was extremely clean, the staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was of good quality and we liked that it was served until 11.00. The location, opposite the train station was very convenient. |

The hotel is directly opposite the train station and a metro station. You can walk into town (about 10/15 mins) or go a couple of stops on the metro (1.20eur per hour). There's also a bike rental scheme with stations throughout the city, but you need to register on the website (https://www.levelostar.fr/fr/accueil/index.html). The hotel itself is well-presented and comfortable with all of the every-day extras you'd want to see: air-con, safe, tea and coffee facilities, free wifi (it is free, I used it - you can get a user name and password from the desk to give 24 hour free access via Orange, just ask for another user name and password when you need to). Decent shower. Breakfast buffet with reasonable choice. Generally quiet. I always went to the centre for dinner, so it would have been convenient to be a bit closer in. I went during the festival "Les tombées de la nuit" and expected the centre to be busy and noisy but it was really quite subdued. |

Exemplary service, comfortable room and bed, good choice at breakfast. This was my first stay in Kyriad hotels, but I shall certainly use them again -- highly recommended. The location of this particular hotel is also great for transport, it's opposite the rail station (for SNCF and Rennes Metro services). |

It was very convenient, opposite the Gare. The room was quite small, but very nicely done. It worked very well for an overnight to catch a train the next morning. |
