Not too far from the airport so convenient to get there in the morning for my flight Services promised were not offered, your website said that there would be airport transfers but the hotel refused. I had to take a metro and then walk to the hotel at 11.00 p.m. in the night!!!! |

Room was clean . That was all. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere - No shuttle service - Guests with baggage forced to use exhorbitant taxi services - Hotel has no charm whatsover. Its a place with a bed nothing more - Staff are only just polite - Hotel "Executive" room was the size of a postage stamp (What would a regular room be like ??) |

It was close to the airport, which was the reason I booked there. I found it comfortable and I appreciated the tea and coffee in my room. Unfortunately, I found the staff a little difficult to deal with. They were not readily attentive to me as I waited at the counter for some help. Also, it was suggested to me that I call a cab early in the morning in order to get to the airport on time. The cab was called for me without my knowledge, showed up 5 minutes earlier than I'd planned on being down there, and I ended up having a 20 Euro charge before I even started being driven anywhere. I was rather annoyed. |

We arrived in the dark and left in the dark so can't really comment. It was used as a convenient place for the airport Lobby was rather cold and the card system was complicated as you had to insert in a box in the room to make the lights work but the room was dark so one could not see the box which involved another trip down to reception for explanation. This member of staff did not speak English, which did not matter to me as I spoke French but one American customer was trying to ask for something and I had to step in and help. |

Although we arrived at 5 am, the hotel honored the booking and allowed us to use the room until the checkout time (12 m) We missed the last train from the Charles Degaulle airport, the taxis did not want to take us to the hotel because it's too close from the hotel. We called to the hotel to ask for directions and the person told us: "It's not my problem if you can't get here". The credit card reader didn't work so we had to pay in cash. If you plan to arrive to cdg near the mnidnight consider staying at the airport, there is no way to get to te hotel between 12:00 and 05:00. |

Very close to the Park des Exposition. Clean room. Quite large shower. Wi-Fi not working for the whole 3 days I spent there. There is nothing around and if you don't have a car, you have to take the train to go to Paris for eating something (I don't like eating at hotel's restaurants). |

It is easy to find the hotel coming with RER. Surpraisingly nice price-quality ratio. A bit bad service like everywhere in Paris |

Clean, generally good hotel. Ideally located for the Par des Expositions. As like the rest of certain business/tourist areas of France the sense of over priced food, drink and services is prevalant at this hotel. I will only be going back to France this hotel if it is essential. |

The location of the hotel is very close to exhibition site. We had to wait for a long queue for just taking my luggage out. After such a long waiting time, they lost the key for the storage room which kept my luggage and other customer's, and the staff did not care about us because he was so busy to deal with check-in customers. The second person also did not help us so much. Finally, we found differenct member of the staff and finally I got my luggage back. I was about to miss my Eurostar train because of this problem. Also, even the hotel says breakfast time is from 6:00am for the weekdays, when I went to the restaurant at 6:30, there was no hot meal at all. I could not get any hot meal until I left the restaurant. |

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel, a 5 mintue walk to the RER is ideal. It is a train station away from the airport and 30 to 35 minutes from the Chatelet or St Michel. The restaurant is reasonable and good. The rooms are very small. |

Comfortable and clean and located close to the CDG airport. It is not the hotel that should be blamed for this, but even though it is quite close to the airport (a 10 minute drive at low traffic hours), a taxi to/from the airport still costs more than 20 Euros per direction. I know that there is also a train station within walking distance which connects to the airport, but it wasn't relevant for me since I had heavy luggage and arrived late at night and had to leave early the next morning. |

The hotel was in a convenient location to stay the night between the Gare d'Austerlitz and the airport. One of the big advantages was that we didn't have all of the airplanes flying overhead all of the time. There is a short RER ride to CDG from the station that is a few-minute's walk away. The reception staff was a bit disappointing. They gave us information in the evening that turned out to be incorrect the next morning when the staff had changed. I find that annoying. All the same, there we no unpleasant surprises. |

Proximity to the airport and cleanliness/newness of the facility were the key pluses. Quiet despite being near the airport. Limited evening dining nearby. |
