The smell in halls at floors. Improve the food in the restaurant.

The room was cramped asked for a double and got 2 single beds smelled of cigarette smoke reception staff very un helpful

The parking was ridiculous. I would expect that hotel guests could park for no charge. To be charged 15 Euros was absurd, and that was not mentioned when we made our reservation. It felt very deceptive, as if we'd been lured in by one price and then tricked with the extra parking charge. When I asked for a map or directions to the airport, I was sneered at, as if I'd asked a stupid question because the airport was just a few turns away.

The location was very convenient being just a 5 minute walk from the parc d'expositions

I found the price exorbitant. 220€ for one night plus 16 € for breakfast for a 3star hotel. I wouldn't have minded but my room smelled very unpleasant, the decor was old fashioned and not in a good way and it felt a bit like a prison cell. But the worst was that the carpet was damp when I arrived, by the morning it was sodden. I received no apology for this when I pointed out the problem. I had supper down stairs in the restaurant. Here again I was unlucky. I wanted a steak but at 30€ I thought it was crazy so I had lamb which arrived carbonised. I sent it back and it reappeared raw. Having said that I did think the service in the restaurant was friendly and helpful. All in all I felt a bit ripped off. With a captive audience for people attending exhibitions the prices were high for little in return.

Close to Parc des Expositions.Relatively good restaurant in hotel...restaurant very full and considering it's in the suburbs it had a good feeling ...as though you got a feeling of Parisian life!

Rooms too small.

I liked the manager. He went out of his way to help me get to the train, and get change for the ticket; that was extra, done of his own initiative. He helped me carry my bags to the train in the morning, and when none of my cards worked, not mastercard, not discover, not visa, and not amex, he walked back to the hotel, brought the euros in coins, and paid for my one-way ticket. Water pressure good, but that is true of all of France.

The woman at desk when I arrived was a snooty, helpless, witch. Offered no help with luggage to me tiny, teeny, room. The room and the floor were run-down. They offered nothing except wifi (password provided, of course, not "free"). All but a few tv offerings cost extra, breakfast extra, coffee in room extra!!! There were no stores in area, no restaurants, and, saving the worst for last: they advertised themselves on booking.com as the Kyriad Roissy Villepointe (see above). They are far from Roissy. It cost me 40 euros in a taxi cab to get to this hotel. It must change its name to the Kyriad Parc des Expositions Villepointe or offer free shuttle service from the gare/aeroporte in Roissy.

Nothing special; it was just a business hotel which did not justify the price paid.

The price; will definitely not stay there again.

In spite of being outside Paris, you can go downtown at any time because the train service is excellent and affordable. The nearest train station is just 5 minutes’ walk.
