Room was very quiet being so close to Autoroute and CDG. Staff were very accommodating. Over 40 minutes to get shuttle transport from airport to hotel. It was fine the next morning from hotel to airport. |

Room were modern and clean. Close to Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris. Waited over 30 minutes at the airport for the hotel shuttle, and it never showed. So, we had to take a cab. |

The location of the hotel in relation with the Intermat exhibition, the areoport and the CBD of France. The friendlyniss of the hotel staff is also commendable |

It Was a business trip. The staff were very unhelpful and I got the impression that to get attention you had to be French, No one told me I had to book to eat in the hotel a least 24 hours before so the earliest I got a table was 9.30. |

Close to airport. Room facilities very good. Good value for price as advertised on booking.com Shower was cold. Hairdryer was cold. Airport transfer never showed up to pick up at airport (which was very bad as I had to wait outside in about -5 for over an hour and then a shuttle from another hotel took me purely out of kindness) |

I chose the hotel for the location close to the airport and for the fact the hotel was supposed to have a bus free of charge for the airport. In the reality the bus doesn't work properly...you have to wait also more than 1 hour so you cannot count on this service to reach the RER and the airport! Moreover,the staff is not collaborative and they don't speak english properly. |

The room was very spacious. It was very clean & comfortable. The coffee/tea & snacks in the room were great. The staff were very helpful & professional. The shuttle bus to the airport & the RER was very convenient in terms of easy access to Paris.The restaurant had a great menu & the buffets were great. The childrens discount when dining with parents was a great bonus. Would have liked a bar fridge, bottled water, body cream, conditioner & shower caps. Would have been nice to have a store onsite or nearby to purchase these items as they were not available. I know that for next time, I will take these items with me just in case. |

Very poor dining facilities. Even though there was a restaurant, choices were between expense buffet and nothing else A La Carte. There were no instructions in the room as to how to use telephones. Had to request towels for the second person even though it was known that there were two people in the room. |

It was convenient to the location that we wanted to be The front desk clerks were not helpful. We did not get an iron for two days. They were not helpful in trying to locate one . My experience with booking.com has been very good and I will definitely book with you again |

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room lovely and clean. Dinner was excellent (a buffet) and a fairly good value by French standards-- actually by American hotel standards, too. The wait staff was also excellent. The location is only for the need to stay near cdg or to travel by car elsewhere as the small town of Roissy has nothing to offer that I could see. I thought the room was a little expensive and breakfast was very expensive at 14 euros, but if you like a very light breakfast, the room had very good tea and coffee and delicious sweet shortbread biscuits. |

The room is very clean. The open buffet is very good. No transportation available, except the shuttle bus of the hotel, which is not available all the time. Taxis refuse to take you from/to the airport as it is very close, and the shuttle to terminal 1 works only for few hours/day. |

It was close to the airport. The drop off and pick up at the hotel entrance when one has a car is horrible. |
