Rigtig godt. Menukortet burde være på andet end fransk. Gerne engelsk. Der bør være oplysninger om at shuttle-bussen tager trods alt 20-25 minutter til lufthavnen da den holder ved andre hoteller også. |

Conveniently located for cdg airport with a regular, efficient shuttle service to the terminals and the local sncf/rer station. Travelling into Paris is a breeze. |

The morning receptionist was very helpful: he even printed out detailed directions to go from Paris to Frankfurt by car. The room was spacious, modern and nice. The receptionist did not tell us there was no elevator from the underground parking to the lobby.We had to take all our luggage up the stairs. The electronic key did not open the room. Neither did the replacement key.He came up to see for himself and had to get a key to another room. It was very hot and the air condition did not work properly. Opening the window meant hearing the airport racket. |

Clean room Your front desk person on check in, late at night was very rude. I only wanted a continental breakfast in the morning and had a hard time getting one. The person in the dining room was very rude about getting only a continental breakfast. |

The personnel at check-in were very helpful and spoke English fluently. They were very busy but still very polite and congenial. There was a mistake in the room reservations as we were permitted to enter another person's room by mistake that had luggage and a wallet. The hotel rectified it immediately though. Also, we were charged twice for our dinner...we paid at the time we ate and then were also charged on our check-out bill. We almost missed our shuttle to the airport in the morning trying to rectify the mistake. |

The room was immaculately clean and inviting. Beverage offered in the room was TEA. Coffee is the preferred drink of Americans and We would have enjoyed a cup. |

Close to airport When we checked in at 6:00 pm our room wasn't ready. We had to wait for the two cots we ordered. When they arrived there were no pillows for our children and when we called them they said housekeeping was closed so our boys slept with no pillows. We also only had towels for two people when they knew we had booked for 4 people. |

Access to fresh air. Friendly staff. Low cost. Good food. Very comfortable rooms. Modern, good size, quite, nice bathroom, great shower! It took us 1 hour and 20 minutes to reach our departure gate from the hotel. Shuttle bus had a circuitous route, trying to meet the needs of all three terminals and drop offs plus pick ups. Also, not enough shuttles and bus could not cope with buggage. Charles de Gaulle is stressful enough without this shuttle problem. No taxis. |
