Die Nähe zum Flughafen und man ist mit dem Hotelshuttlebus in wenigen Minuten beim Regionalbahnhof Terminal 3 um nach Paris zu kommen.Das Hotel insgesamt ist ansprechend eingerichtet und hat sehr freundliches, z.T. auch mehrsprachiges Personal.

Das Hotel ist nahe dem Flughafen und mit dem Schuttel kostenlos zu erreichen. Es ist sehr gut Lärmgedämmt, so dass der Fluglärm nicht zu hören ist.

Clean, modern & confortable rooms. Good value for money.

Very expensive breakfast (15 Euro). The shuttle service to airport (almost 40 minutes from the hotel to reach the 2 D Terminal as the bus is doing many stops on the way (other hotels and terminals).

The key selling points for this hotel for me was: location close to the airport, free shuttle service, excellent rate, a cancellation policy where I would not be penalized if I canceled the day of arrival before 6pm. Upon staying at the Kyriad Prestige, I was very pleased with my choice. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities were attractively decorated, the room was clean & comfortable. However, I did need to change rooms initially. The first room I was assigned to smelled bad -- obviously the previous guest had smoked ALOT, and the room looked older and worn. However, when I asked to change rooms, the man at the front desk was very helpful. He gave me another room that was clean, newer and did not smell of smoke.

The room was ready early in the day, the room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly, Wi-Fi was available in room free of charge.

The restaurant relies too much on set meals and does not provide enough variety of a la carte items

Proximity to the airport. Friendly helpful staff. Good buffet until 10:30 PM. Clean quiet comfortable room.

The desk staff was friendly and spoke English. The dinner buffet was 5-star! The hotel and rooms had a cool modern design. Walking distance from some local places to shop and to eat.

Air conditioner did not work, Airport shuttle was not available to take us to terminal 1 the bus driver was extremely unhelpful and rude

We really enjoyed the buffet at the restaurant. Another thing that made that especially nice was that the staff allowed us to bring our own bottle of wine to the table.

The food was first class, really good, and restaurant staff friendly. If I ever returned to Kyriad it would be for the kitchen- there was nothing to complain about. The best food I have eaten in France.

When we arrived to the hotel there was no extra bed I has asked for. When we got the bed there was no pillow, and the blanket was dirty.When we asked for a pillow and blanket the man at the reception was rude- he had more important things to do: "we were not the only people in the hotel".... It was already 11 pm and we just wanted to go to bed. The room was dusty and not very well cleaned, I found old bedspread tucked under the mattress! Had to ask for another room- piles of dust under the bed. The second room wasn´t much better. Nobody informed us about the hotel shuttle-service to Expo- so we used taxis all week, and we Did ask about the connections as we arrived. And the hotel is 3 km from the expo only if You fly! It really is far..
