The personnel at check-in were very helpful and spoke English fluently. They were very busy but still very polite and congenial. There was a mistake in the room reservations as we were permitted to enter another person's room by mistake that had luggage and a wallet. The hotel rectified it immediately though. Also, we were charged twice for our dinner...we paid at the time we ate and then were also charged on our check-out bill. We almost missed our shuttle to the airport in the morning trying to rectify the mistake. |

Close to airport When we checked in at 6:00 pm our room wasn't ready. We had to wait for the two cots we ordered. When they arrived there were no pillows for our children and when we called them they said housekeeping was closed so our boys slept with no pillows. We also only had towels for two people when they knew we had booked for 4 people. |

The hotel was in a quiet area but very close to the airport terminal. Check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with new furnishings and fittings. The buffet dinner in the Vent de Rose restaurant was superb and very good value for money. A most pleasant stay! |

The attitude of your front desk staff. They were excellent The shuttle service was disastrous. We arrived at 11:55 and the shuttle didn't arrive until nearly 2:00 p.m. We phoned twice and were told it was on its way. Another couple arrived and after waiting an hour they phoned and were also told it was on its way. We nearly cancelled our booking because of this experience. We had 6 hours to spend in downtown Paris and lost two of those hours. |
