Golden Tulip Paris CDG Airport – Villepinte    

The whole process of getting to the hotels in this this area (and back) is really painful. It adds at least 30 to 50 minutes to the transit time each way. On my last trip the driver dumped us at Terminal 2 B because of heavy traffic. I had to walk all the way over to 2E

Everything exceeded expectations.

We arrived at Charles deGaulle late on the evening of April 30 with reservations on Air France to return to America the next morning. The hotel's directions to the shuttle bus (simply "Terminals 2 or 3") were inadequate at 11:00 pm. Most airport personnel are not working at that hour. The very few who were working were unable to understand us or knew where the hotel shuttles departed Terminal 2. I would suggest that detailed information about the location of the hotel shuttle departure point be on your website and elsewhere to assist late arriving guests.

I need in absolutely relaxation and I got it. Friendly people, clean and comfortable room. It was great relax between 2 different flights. Thanks a lot!

This is a very good hotel, quite new I think close to CDG Airport in Roissy. Excellent rooms, welcoming and helpful staff, good restaurant and bar facilities and a lovely outside area. There are parks and a village nearby a really pretty area to say it is only 2.5kms from the airport. Secure and easily accessible underground parking is available at a small charge. Very impressed overall. Perfect for night before flight or arrival late.

We had a great stay. Love the bus to the airport.

The only problem was we asked for a 8am wake up call, but it did not happen, apart from that, it was a great hotel.

Bed was ok! Nancy at the desk was outstanding !! The buffet was very classy and good tho a bit expensive.

Can one imagine a modern hotel without a lift from the underground parking to the lobby?

We arrived around 9:00 PM and were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. In the morning the wake up call came as promised and the shuttle to the CDG was good.

The shuttle service operated more efficiently than other hotels I have stayed at near cdg. Rita, at the front desk was a delight.

I couldn't afford the breakfast at 19 Euros. The first bus driver was texting as he drove.

I loved this hotel as soon as I stepped into the reception area, very bright and cheery atmosphere. Lovely foyer and deck. The staff were friendly and ready to help out. The room is very big, complimentary tea and coffee was provided. Nice view out of my window and the bathroom was clean with sufficient provisions. Towels were very good too and bed was very big and comfortable. Really enjoyed my short stay of just one night here.

This is common to all hotels in France I believe so its not not peculiar to this hotel, Dollar is not accepted as a means of payment of bills. I had to go to the airport to change money to settle my bill. Only news channels were in English, no movie or entertainment channel in English which was a bummer.

The location was near to the airport and the shuttle between the airport to the hotel was very convenient

The room smelled a lot of cigarette smoke and almost felt like the room had not been aired and was given to a smoker previously. The restaurant did not offer any vegetarian options and that would discourage me personally from staying thier again.

Convenience to airport. 15.80 euros on the taxi meter from Terminal 2. Front desk staff was quite nice - friendly.

Horrible smoke on 2nd floor. Asian travellers congregating in the hallway of the 2nd floor sitting in chairs and smoking like they were in an outdoor cafe. Had to roll up a wet towel and lay it at the bottom of my door to filter some of the smoke. Uselss action - it cam in through every crack of the room.

It was the fastest check in I had ever had in a Paris hotel. Rooms were excellent and the bathrooms fantastic. Did not try the restaurant but the service in the bar was exemplary compared to other hotels I have visited in the same area. Will definitely re-book for the next exhibition time.

The only problem was the lifts did not stop easily at the floors and took a long time to come.

I thought the hotel was extraordinary for the money. CLEAN! Comfortable room with excellent amenities in the room/bathroom.Wonderful staff. Excellent restaurant. I can't imagine staying in another airport hotel the next time I need one!!
