O hotel é muito bom para quem precisa ter acesso rápido ao aeroporto Charles de Gaule. Os funcionários são atenciosos, e o restarurante é muito bom. |

Nada, os computadores nao funcionavam, a loira do front desk foi muito grosseira alem de nao saber falar um ingles que pudesse ser entendido.Eles sugeriram para que eu esperasse ate o dia seguinte para me ajudarem e queriam que as criancas dormissem de cabelos molhados...Alem do mais nao pude me comunicar com ninguem por falta de computadores que funcionassem. Esta `e a segunda e ultima vez que usaremos o EBOOKING, as duas experiencias que tivemos na Suica e na Franca foram terriveis , os hoteis alegam nao terem recebido confirmacoes do ebooking. |

The room was ready early in the day, the room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly, Wi-Fi was available in room free of charge. The restaurant relies too much on set meals and does not provide enough variety of a la carte items |

Very quiet and comfortable room with tasteful design and good facilities; nice bar and restaurant, free copies of the Guardian were appreciated. Airport shuttle very infrequent on arrival. |

The desk staff was friendly and spoke English. The dinner buffet was 5-star! The hotel and rooms had a cool modern design. Walking distance from some local places to shop and to eat. |

Very good meal service, value for the standard of food served. Very convenient for accerss to CDG Airport. Shuttle bus. Early breakfast service. Hot dinner buffet. shower conversion button too stiff to engage shower. I had to wash under the running bath water. Lavatory (la toilette) should be separate from bathroom. |

We had a very goog time at this hotel and we will go back next time we travel to France. The restaurant did not give us an opportunity to chose what meal we wanted so we had to go next door to have diner. |

Location Employees are not nice. I was with 3 luggages very tired and nobody came to help me. Also it was not possible to buy a bottle of water because there was none at the vending machine and the restaurant was closed. |

We really enjoyed the buffet at the restaurant. Another thing that made that especially nice was that the staff allowed us to bring our own bottle of wine to the table. |

The evening buffet was delicious, the location very convenient, the room and bathroom comfortable and the staff helpful. No. Only stayed from 7 pm to 9 am the next morning.....caught a flight back to us. |

The food was first class, really good, and restaurant staff friendly. If I ever returned to Kyriad it would be for the kitchen- there was nothing to complain about. The best food I have eaten in France. When we arrived to the hotel there was no extra bed I has asked for. When we got the bed there was no pillow, and the blanket was dirty.When we asked for a pillow and blanket the man at the reception was rude- he had more important things to do: "we were not the only people in the hotel".... It was already 11 pm and we just wanted to go to bed. The room was dusty and not very well cleaned, I found old bedspread tucked under the mattress! Had to ask for another room- piles of dust under the bed. The second room wasn´t much better. Nobody informed us about the hotel shuttle-service to Expo- so we used taxis all week, and we Did ask about the connections as we arrived. And the hotel is 3 km from the expo only if You fly! It really is far.. |

Everything was great, especially the buffet dinner, however there was much more choice for starters than there was for the main, but still a big and good quality buffet. |

I liked the view of the runways out the window of our room. The noise was not an issue. I enjoyed watching all of the aircraft go by. We were 100 meters off the runway. |
