Golden Tulip Paris CDG Airport – Villepinte  

this hotel is convenient to the airport and pretty nice looking. We ate dinner there and had the cold buffet which was really outstanding. There was plenty of seafood, nice veggies and an attractive array of cold meats for a reasonable price.

It was unclear where to park the car for unloading and the manner of handling the exit from the parking lot upon leaving. Better signs and/or instructions would have been helpful.

Of course the price was fantastic! But, we were extremely surprised about the quality of the hotel and the cleaniness of the property. THe staff were top notch and friendly. THe free shuttle was icing on the cake.

Clean, good-sized room, reasonably quiet

Would be good to provide breakfast with room rather than charging eur17 for breakfast, the breakfast spread was quite minimal, no direct connecting buses to any attraction, only bus is the shuttle bus to airport.

Efficient with friendly staff

34 euros for a self service breakfast is ridiculous. Cold scrambled egg and streaky bacon.Evening buffet menu was too French and not international.

Really upset in fact . Because internet was so poor . it did work yes ! just 10 mns . I ask to the reception if they can fixed the probleme .They tell me ,because to much client are using internet on this time so it can't work perfectly . No thanks i will not come back .internet in my room was one of my priority

Good bed and pillow.

My room smelled to smoke and the one from my colleague too. There was no wifi in the rooms, only at the lobby. If you don't take the buffet in the restaurant you can choose between 3 main dishes. The one we choose was sold out (at 7:30 P.M.). The last day I had no warm water in the bathroom. I had to take a cold shower and shave with cold water. I decided to leave 1 day earlier but they didn't want to pay me my last night back! I stayed there for 6 nights and was happy to leave. I spend more than 100 nights per year in Hotels. This was one of my worst experiences. For 150 € per night you expect a lot more! They won't see me again! There are much better hotels in the same street.

Breakfast items to be increased(in Buffet breakfast)

The room was spacious, well designed, and comfortable. I also liked the provision of robe and slippers. The bathroom was clean and had a great hair dryer. The included in price wireless Internet access is a must for me. Though I do not watch tv, the flat screen was a value added feature.

My suggestion would be to produce a price with breakfast included. 14 eur for a continental breakfast is too expensive in my view, though I do not know your costs.

On the whole an nice airport hotel, with nice staff and good size rooms

Overpriced during tradefair

I definitely liked the value - very, very reasonable. I also appreciated the free shuttle service from the airport and back.

The room was lovely, very fresh, modern and clean. The hotel staff were superb, from reception, right through to the restaurant that night. We had picked this hotel as it was close to the airport and we only needed an overnight stay. We would definitely stay there again.

The shuttle service, although this is not wholly the hotel's responsibility. We did not use the restaurant due to adverse reports on quality.
