We were very comfortable and really appreciated that the hotel would keep our luggage while we went into Paris for the day. The regular free airport shuttle is a big plus.

Excellent facility with airport shuttle. Restaurant was slightly high end, but food was also high end. Room size was above average for Paris. Sound proofing worked very well considering close proximity to cdg. WiFi worked well and desk staff was able to print boarding pass from my usb memory stick. 15 Euros for a very simple continental breakfast?

Shuttle service was efficient. Location is close to the airport. Check- in was efficient. Room service was fast. Breakfast was not up to standard considering it cost eur15. I have stayed in other hotels in Paris and outside of Paris and I have to say that the other hotels breakfast are so much better in terms of quality of the foods and also choices.

The room was lovely, very fresh, modern and clean. The hotel staff were superb, from reception, right through to the restaurant that night. We had picked this hotel as it was close to the airport and we only needed an overnight stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Busy business hotel-food only fair for Paris- rooms satisfactory but not outstanding I booked at the Kyriad Prestige which was impossible to find as the name was changed to the Golden Tulip without us being advised of the name change.The response from the desk to this was totally nonchalant.

Excellent staff, always ready to assist and the security of the hotel is good. The hotel has a good welcoming treat for its guests - tea, biscuits and sweets everyday. Will defnitely stay in this hotel again. There is no refridgerator in the room

Comfortable with the checkout time being 12:00 it gave us ample time to get to the airport The only thing that was poor was the directions on how to find the shuttle bus stop at CDG airport. We spent over a hour trying to find it and the staff at CDG were very unhelpful. You should have clear instructions on how to find the bus stop. The web site is no help at all.

Airpot pick up and drop was convenient for transit flights 15 euro was additionally charged for a breakfast which was far below average standards. Really a rip off I think.

Facilities, high standard of food served at lunch, breakfast not included in the price. My main issue was that the hotel took my payment from the credit card used for the booking which it wasn't allowed to do. I wanted to pay in euros and was thus prevented from doing so. As with most of airport hotels the free shuttle bus transport is dreadful. If you are in a hurry, forget it. Taxi drivers would rather idle away their time at the terminal than offer you such a short ride. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes and stops at several hotels, as well as the other terminal, so it can take up to 30 minutes to get you there. This adds up to an hour to your journey and rather negates the point of an airport hotel.

The room was spacious, well designed, and comfortable. I also liked the provision of robe and slippers. The bathroom was clean and had a great hair dryer. The included in price wireless Internet access is a must for me. Though I do not watch tv, the flat screen was a value added feature. My suggestion would be to produce a price with breakfast included. 14 eur for a continental breakfast is too expensive in my view, though I do not know your costs.

It was convenient and perfect for my purpose. The shuttle bus was a common shuttle with other hotel so that it didn't come to the front of hotel. If I didn't wait outside (in cold weather), I would have missed the bus!

Its best feature is that it is well positioned for the airport and the exhibition centre and that is about it I was very disappointed at the selection for breakfast and what was on offer was not of a very good quality. I had to ask for a coffee to be made as basically that on offer was barely drinkable
