No English channels on the TV.

Doors were very thin, not sound-proof.

Location close to the airport. Free parking and wifi. Friendly personnel.

the shower was good. staff on duty tried her best to help us book a taxi and point us to the bus station.hotel would be good for a stop over not a three day visit.would recommend it only for one night stopover.

the family room too small. staff on duty had very little to none English.we got a room in the attic. the children s beds had to be pulled out from slanted wall because if they had to turn during the night they would have knock their heads/faces.as my son found out when we arrived first when he turned he banged his face off wall. room suitable for two only.

Close to Beauvais Airport. Good quality for money.

Accommodation small

The room is not small (15sq.m), beds are comfortable, everything is clean but the carpeting on the floor for it is old. There is a kettle, some tea bags, instant coffee, even 4 cookies. Shuttle bus stop is opposite the hotel. Ticket on a shuttle from the airport is 4Euros and is valid 2 days, though shuttle bus does not go after 8 am and we had to take a regular bus (about 1 Euro) to get to the train station. Good combination of price and quality. I recommend the hotel for others are even worse.

The hotel is behind the town, you can not walk to the centre - it is too far. The restaurant closes at 10pm, at 10.45pm there was no place to eat nearby. We wanted to pay upon arrival but the receptionist refused it. Next morning another shift receptionist tryed to charge from my credit card (did not wait till we came to the reception). The machine got broken and as a result I had to pay cash. I also had to call my bank to find out what had happend to the money - it was blocked. The receptionist promised to unblock the money later but it never happened. I have to wait till February,10 to get the money unblocked. It is inconvinient and disappointing.

We had to break our trip back from Languedoc to Oxford into 2 legs, and chose Beauvais as a good location to do this, being fairly close to Calais. Kyriad had good reviews and the price was right. Staff were excellent, very clean hotel. And they didn't charge extra for our little pug dog.

The room was a bit small, but I guess we got that one for the price we paid. No lift, but we didn't bring too much up to the room.

It was nice and quiet.

Hotel was convenient for connection to Beauvais airport. Room was basic but comfortable and clean. WiFi connection was free and worked well. Plenty of free parking if you have a car.

Convenient fo the autoroute, a good choice of places to eat within waking distance. Comfortable, quiet and clean.

Bathroom could do with a bit of maintenance - nothing major though.

Perfect location as far as the airport and transportation is concerned

Everything concerned with room was superb. Rooms are very nicely furnished and clean and comfortable and proximity of the airport. This is good package.

The bar close early in night.The hotel staffs are really not very helpful. It is really not possible to get a taxi always for the airport. Even they don't have the contact with other agency. You can miss the flight if you really trust on the taxi called by the hotel staff.

excellent location for us travelling north to Calais. Staff very friendly and facilities brilliant.

This hotel was on the outskirts of Beauvais and easily accessed the airport for an early flight.

No elevator to get luggage up stairs.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general can be improved

Crisp white sheets! The bed was comfy and the room was just right for the two of us. We used it as a base whilst visiting family and friends and it was good. Shower may look basic but the power and lovely hot water did the job. All in all we were very pleased with our accommodation and the staff were helpful.

If I'm being really critical I'd say make the vacuum go to the corners of the room but that's all.

The hotel seems new and nice from pictures, but inside it is old and dirty. Despite the fact it is near the airport and many (most of) flights arrive at late evening the reception closes at 23:00 and restaurant at 22:00. One of worst hotels I have been yet.

The room was good for two adults and two grandchildren. Unfortunately the pillows were not adequate.
