The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. The rooms were small but very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The free WiFi worked best in the lobby area but not as well in the rooms. I would stay here again because of the excellent location in the center of Tours, the helpful staff, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. I am not a complainer, but if you wanted to improve the hotel services, I would make sure that the WiFi was available in every room.

This hotel would be good if you enjoy the nightlife of Tours as that's right on the doorstep. The single room was clean but very small. I did not stay for more than a night as the room was just far too noisy with street sounds for an early, restful night.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Right in the middle of the old city with many restaurants close by. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. Hotel staff were helpful.

Location was very close to restaurants. The hotel was not what I was expecting, I thought it was going to be a boutique style hotel but turned out to be more "charm" or rather old- fashioned. The room was very dark, not helped by only having 3 small lamps, no light on the ceiling. There were only 2 clothes hangers in the room for 2 people and very little space to unpack in any way therefore living out of a suitcase for 4 days. Although the bathroom was very clean, the wooden floor in the bedroom wasn't very clean when we arrived and wasn't cleaned during the 4 night stay.

L'Adresse is in a fabulous location in the heart of the old town. The hotel is in the pedestrian precinct so apart from the odd motorbike and street cleaner there are no vehicles. I had a single room which had a comfortable bed and a shower and I thought it was very good value. If I went back to Tours again I would definitely choose this hotel. The hotel is in a very old building so there is no lift.

We were looking for a small, conveniently located boutique hotel in Tours - and we found exactly that at the Hotel L'adresse. Clean and modern with very friendly and helpful staff, in an excellent location close to all the resteraunts and bars.

Great staff, stylish decor, great location. Nothing to dislike but we had a total nightmare on arrival because there was nothing in the booking details to say that the hotel was in a pedestrianised area. We arrived from Provence at 9.30pm on Sat and our satnav (!) took us straight in then we were surrounded by people with no way of getting out because there were bollards blocking the road out. Reversing risked injuring pedestrians. It would be helpful if the lack of access could be made clear as the experience was very distressing. We phoned the hotel who were sympathetic and eventually they were able to give us help in retracting the bollards so we could exit. We parked then walked back to the hotel with bags.

Its position was good for bars and resturants, very quaint location. Hotel was fine, nice room, but small-ish and no bath. No parking facilites, and could be difficult getting nearby. Breakfast was tipically French - not much of it!

Pretty hotel, nicely done up. Charming staff. Excellent location. Tiny bed - we had asked for a twin and got a small double. Rooms at the front (both my children had single rooms) very noisy.

Charming and efficient reception. Clean and fresh room but disappointing that there was absolutely no view from the room window only into a wall just a few metres away. It was not possible to stand under the shower because it was a hand held model without a wall fitting. Breakfast was excellent. View from the room window was only into a wall. It was not possible to stand under the shower as it required to be held in the hand rather being fixed to the wall.

“The room was very comfort and clean. We booked a room with 2 single beds and when we arrived we realised with surprise that the 2 beds were almost double!!! 4 personnes could sleep there!!! We thought that it was a misunderstanding! The man at the reception was very friendly and extremly helpful!!! 2 weeks before going there I sent an email to inform all the hotels(that I would stay) that I would make the check in late in the afternoon and it was the only hotel that the receptionist telephoned us to ask if it was everything ok and that they expecting us! Undoubtedly the most polite and the most helpful people!!! ” Georgia, Nicosia |
