The room was comfortable and very clean, the staff polite and friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of the city, which makes it ideal for visiting the main attractions. The very convenient location also carries a drawback: the area is full of bars and restaurants whose customers tend to hang around, making quite a lot of noise,until the early morning. This happens at weekends and in the summer, far less so during the working week and in colder seasons. This didn't affect us very much, as we were so tired after walking around castles all day, that we went to sleep immediately and slept very soundly throughout the night, however, it can be a problem. I would suggest bringing earplugs. Also: there was no wardrobe in the room, and I found the arrangements for storing away personal belongings a bit awkward to say the least.

The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. The rooms were small but very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The free WiFi worked best in the lobby area but not as well in the rooms. I would stay here again because of the excellent location in the center of Tours, the helpful staff, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. I am not a complainer, but if you wanted to improve the hotel services, I would make sure that the WiFi was available in every room.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Right in the middle of the old city with many restaurants close by. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. Hotel staff were helpful.

L'Adresse is in a fabulous location in the heart of the old town. The hotel is in the pedestrian precinct so apart from the odd motorbike and street cleaner there are no vehicles. I had a single room which had a comfortable bed and a shower and I thought it was very good value. If I went back to Tours again I would definitely choose this hotel. The hotel is in a very old building so there is no lift.

We were looking for a small, conveniently located boutique hotel in Tours - and we found exactly that at the Hotel L'adresse. Clean and modern with very friendly and helpful staff, in an excellent location close to all the resteraunts and bars.

Charming and efficient reception. Clean and fresh room but disappointing that there was absolutely no view from the room window only into a wall just a few metres away. It was not possible to stand under the shower because it was a hand held model without a wall fitting. Breakfast was excellent. View from the room window was only into a wall. It was not possible to stand under the shower as it required to be held in the hand rather being fixed to the wall.

Situation idéale en plein centre du vieux Tours, ce qui permet de découvrir la ville dès la sortie de l'hôtel. Cette vielle demeure a été rénovée avec goût et la salle du petit déjeuner est magnifique. L'accueil est parfait et le petit déjeuner (à la française) propose de bons produits pour commencer la journée. Hôtel à recommander si vous souhaitez découvrir la ville en séjournant dans un hôtel propre, bien situé et proposant des tarifs raisonnables.

Schitterende locatie in het hartje van het uitgaanscentrum van Tours. Een echt klein boetiekhotel , klein maar fijn volgens Franse normen zeer eigentijds van inrichting . Kamers vooraan kunnen rumoerig zijn. Met de auto kan je op 2 min parkeren in de parkeergarage van LES HALLES en dit voor slechts 10 euro per dag. Prijs kwaliteit bij het beste van de binnenstad.

Sur 7 hotels réservé à Tours, indéniablement le meilleur de tous, chambre très cosie, très propre, petit déjeuner excellent, produits de qualité pour 8€ seulement(crèpes maison, gâteau maison, confitures maison, pain frais, jus de fruit frais...). Au centre de Tours, près des restaurants, près des arrets de bus, près de la rue piétonne. A recommander vivement
