Very central location in the old part of town. Great restaurants on your doorstep. A little noisy at night from same restaurants. Not a big issue though. |

The decor was very tasteful - muted colors, simple well designed furnishings made out of natural materials whenever possible The hotel is located in the student/tourist district on a narrow street with at least 6 bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Our room was on the street side and there was loud noise until 2 in the morning. Windows were not outfitted to block the noise. |

The location is very good. L'Addresse is in the heart of the old town, by a small road packed with characteristic restaurants. |

The closeness of the hotel to the local square, its proximity to everything including great markets, good restaurants, shopping. The hotel appeared freshly renovated with quality fittings and furnishings. The street is so narrow, our taxis weren't allowed up to the front door. We had to trundle four large suitcases some distance to the front door which was locked on a Sunday. THERE IS NO DOOR BUZZER. (I had to use my cellphone to get attention.) There is no special mirror + light for ladies' makeup in the bathroom. The basin had no plug, which wasted water. |

It was a good quality well located hotel. Seemed that the room had had smokers in it, which was a shame but overall very good! |

Friendliness of staff and, most of all, the fact that a small hotel with modern facilities was located in an attractive medieval town centre. the immediate area of the hotel (in the old town) is delightful, with lots of good bars and restaurants, full of character. No criticism of the hotel, but strong criticism of your description of it "2 minutes from station": yes, and I'm the Pope. It's actually a good 20 mins fast walking, and quite difficult to find from the station. |

Perfect location. And very nice decorated hotel.Room are not too big but the bed's quality is excellent although a bit small for a tall man. Breakfast was very tasty but limited choice which is normal for a small hotel i guess. Choise between : bread, croissants and chocolate breads. But no toppings as cheese, meat, etc. They do have all kinda hot drinks and orange juices. And serve the normal flakes. |

Lovely little hotel, nicely re-designed. Has a B&B feel. Room small but with comfortable bed, nice shower. People very pleasant. In the very charming "old" part of Tours, with lots of cafes, restaurants, walking distance to most interesting places. The wi fi did not work in the room. Had to use laptop in the lobby. |

It is a 20 min walk from the Gare, but it has lots of options for restaurant on the same street. As it does not have elevator, it should have someone to help us with the bagages. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was convenient. Nice location near cafes. Very quiet! Even with diners on the plaza below, we couldn't hear them from our room. It was a bit of a hike from the train station. |

The central location and comfort of the room were excellent. The restaurant next door had some very noisy customers shouting and singing loudly until 2am. If you want to go to sleep early, don't take one of the front rooms. |
