We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. They treated us like gold. My husband had many unusual requests during the week as he was painting around Beaugency. They accommodated us with every single request we made. The folks at the front desk who also double as the help in the dining room in the evening, could not have been more gracious. It was quite in the back where our room was, the lawn/pool area was secluded and it was after season so we had it all to ourselves. What a nice place to use as a base to explore the Loire Valley. We especially want to thank Alice at the front desk for her hospitality and generosity towards us. The cookies and meringue plate the last night topped to week to the ending of a relaxing vacation The only thing we did not do is breakfest in the morning. We like to grab things at the local bakeries and go. There are numerous places to grab+go if you are that kind of traveler.

Good location in a pittoresque village. Fair restaurant Part of the rooms are renovated and comfortable. We were lucky to get such a room after we first were put in an "old" non-renovated room. That room was in a horrible state.

The room was very comfortable and roomy and quiet We weren't able to have a shower as the cold water tap was faulty. We didn't find this out until the morning.

The rooms are big. The bathroom is comfortable. There is no elevator and no bellboy , so that if your room is on the second floor , it is not easy to get to it. The douche didn't work. The lady who helped us during the check out was very nervous and claimed that the breakfasts had to be paid for even though our friends didn't take it. She barely spoke english and we didn't pay for the breakfasts only after I explained everything to her in French and showed her the reservation terms on my copy. For this price, we found better hotels.

Qualité de l'accueil et personnel efficace : à l'hôtel comme au restaurant, on se met en quatre pour nous être agréable. Deux chambres à la décoration sobre et chaleureuse, pour une nuit dans le plus grand calme.

Idéalement situé à mi-route du Sud Ouest venant de Bruxelles. Non loin de l'A10, mais suffisamment pour ne pas en subir de nuisance. Excellent confort. Chambre très agréable. Service à l'écoute.

Un accueil très chaleureux !! La chambre était sublime et propre. Et le restaurant de l'hôtel sert des plats de qualité et pour un prix correcte. Le seul point négatif le lit double était en réalité deux lits simples reliés par un drap pour lit double.

L'accueil, la gentillesse,la courtoisie du personnel féminin avec qui nous avons eu à faire. L'indifférence absolue du "maître d'hôtel" , le 10 aout au diner, au restaurant, qui nous a fait attendre 40 minutes nos quenelles de brochet...nous avons renoncé au dessert et n'avons pas retenté l'expérience à notre 2ème passage

La gentillesse du personnel et son efficacité. La gastronomie du restaurant.Le charme dans un lieu rénové. Simplement un éclairage assez mal disposé(aucune lumière au dessus du lit pour lire) et insuffisant. Un lampadaire brinquebalant.

“The room was quite nice and the staff were courteous and helpful. Beaugency is a very nice small city to visit and the location of this hotel makes walking to most locations quite easy.
