food in the restuarant was very good The bed (room 308) was extermely small. The room was rather old fashioned. Overall I would expect more from a 4 star hotel, eg. in term cleanness (eg. swing pool area). |

How this can be considered 4star is beyond me, an average 3 star at best. The "Spa' was pretty poor ! Rusty bolts holding up the ceiling, and the whirlpool switch (I wouldn't go in there if you paid me !) We turned down the first room offered as it stank of cigarettes and we had asked for non smoking (when I went to reception to get the keys for the new room, the receptionist informed me that the whole hotel was a non smoking area; this despite the fact that both rooms had ashtrays, and the fact that the guy standing next to me was smoking a cigar !! All this for 164€ for two ... at least double what it was worth ! |

The staff very helpfull. Plenty of parking, clean. The staff seemed to be overstreched, No bar person, waited 40 mins to order dinner. (Not enough staff for the customers) rooms a little small. The courtyard that the room overlooked, needed pressure washing as the stone floor was black with dirt and very marked with what looked like chewing gum. All in all the price was high considering. |

The room was smallish but clean and quiet with friendly service at reception The menu in the restaurant was poor and the service also. Breakfast was expensive since we only wanted continental and had to pay for the full buffet! |

Le confort de la chambre et la beauté de l'hotel Nous avons déploré que le bar d'un hotel 4* soit fermé et qu'il ai fallu prés d'un quart d'heure pour avoir un café dans l'après-midi. De plus nous avons été un peu déçu du diner qui pour nous était loin d'avoir la qualité et l'originalité qui va avec son prix. |

Eigenlijk niet veel om positief te zijn. Het ene positieve was dat we dicht bij de de stand Colmar zaten. Het ontbijt was wel lekker ! De kamers totaal veroudert, de wellness veroudert en de haman werkte niet. Het eten hebben we niet geprobeerd omdat het nogal prijzig was voor het gene we op ons bord kregen. |

On a été très bien servis et la nouriture était très bonne Le Pay TV ne fonctionnait pas, le wifi étai en panne. Aucun des deux problème n'a été résolu pendant notre séjour. |

Le calme a l'hotel, du moins notre chambre. C'est un detail, mais la tv date d'au moins 10 ans, le son de c+ etait nazillard et inregardable inaudible. Les relents du chlore de la piscine dans notre chambre. Je suis étonné par le nombre d'étoile (4) et l'équipement de notre chambre (vétuste et tout juste un 3 etoiles). |

Ruhige Lage. Kostenlose Parkplätze beim Haus. Der Zimmersafe war defekt. Dies wurde von der Hausdame bestätigt aber während unseres Aufenthalts nicht behoben. In der Badewanne waren schwarze Dreckablagerungen vom Vorgänger, die sich während des Duschens lösten, aber nicht abfließen konnten, weil der Abflußstopfen fest saß. Die Bar - geöffnet bis 24 Uhr - war trotz gesalzener Preise an beiden Abenden ohne Barkeeper. |

J'ai aimé le calme, le confort de chambre. Le restaurant dit "gastronomique" est un peu décevant, tant au niveau du service que de la carte un peu limitée le soir. (d'autant plus lorsque 2 produits phares ne sont plus disponibles à 20h30.....) Aussi, l'espace détente est un peu vieux, et certaines installations me paraissent dangereuses (électricité) au niveau du bain à bulles... |

Sehr sauber, schöner Empfang und tolle Lobby. Gute Parkmöglichkeit. Grosses Entgegenkommen des Personals und Hilfsbereitschaft. Das Zimmer ist klein, der Kasten für mehrere Tage bietet zu wenig Platz und die Schräge (Mansarde) nimmt zuviel Platz weg. Dafür ist es zu teuer. Das Frühstück könnte durchaus im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen sein.Es war reichlich, nur die Eeier und Speck waren eher kalt. |

Malgré une décoration intérieure totalement dépassée ( Ah ! notre chambre motif "Panthère"!!!) et des équipements insuffisants pour un 4*, l'hotel est globalement correct mais ne mérite pas ses 4*. le lit minuscule et inconfortable, la propreté douteuse du couvre-lit, pas de produits dans la salle de bains, la piscine minuscule et bruyante, pas de personnel pour "veiller" à la propreté du spa (le pédiluve était un bouillon de culture!!), etc. La question est : qui cet hôtel a soudoyé pour obtenir 4*???? |
